Good hotel but staff behaves unprofessionall

Good clean room, good location near bus and railway station, good location for exploring nalanda ruins. Hot water available, restaurant on site. However, 1) no wifi in my room before on 3rd floor 2) at 11pm, someone knocked my door, woke me up and asked if i want dinner. This should not happen. If i want to eat something then i would tell them. 3) at checkout, the guy at reception demanded money for no reason (got nothing anyway) recommendation: teach your staff to behave professionally
