Property location is good , and food was very good and they maintained rooms very cleaned but staff was not responsible correctly

It was a pleasant stay at the property... Sangeeta rathore ji was very cooperative all the time... Will love to stay again during my next visit to jaipur....

We went on a family trip,Room was spacious with all the required amenities but service was very slow... breakfast had very limited options not a good choice for family stay as the hotel is having bar and mostly single uncles were there...safety is a concern...no information was given before about the bar ..the reception area was pathetic,room windows were not closing properly despite of several reminders no one catered our request to fix the window and lastly they said maintenance staff left please adjust with curtains...as we had a stay of one day so we adjusted somehow with the lesson of not booking this hotel again.Dont travel with family and kids.Also it is costly in comparison to the poor service they provide.

Hotel is Under Renovation Islie Swimming Pool Band pada tha jiski vajah se Injoy ment nhi kar paie swimming Pool ka and Renovation ki vajah se Voice Noise bhi bahut jada ho rahi thi. baki Overall Hote is Best and All Staff Members Coperative and HelpFull and Very Friendly.

Hotel cleanig quality bad

The hotel was too inside from the main road and the market. Basic amenities such as body wash etc were missing. Hotel staff was good enough though. Food was average.

we had booked this place for 3 days. They had mentioned about the complimentary pickup from station/Airport. As per the terms we reserved our pickup from station 2 days prior of arrival. They too confirmed our pickup thru mail and message. After arriving at Jaipur station we found that no one was there for pickup. we called them from station, they told us our driver is not available you please come by yourself, we will give you drop facility. if their driver was not available for any reason then they should informed us earlier. If they had told us earlier, we would not have been waiting at station with heavy luggage. On the day of our checkout in morning they told told us drop will be provided. Then again after checkout they were saying sorry we can't give you drop as well. I don't understand if you don't have this pickup and drop facility they why are you making people fool about it. and behaviour were so arrogant. Highly disappointed with the reception staff. Food were good. House keeping staff service were too good. Rooms were spacious and clean. I will give 5 star for House keeping staff and kitchen management. But 0 star for reception staff.

There was renovation going on in side the hotel how they could allow the booking in such pollution and there was lot of dust outside the corridor and and no proper assistance and reply for service i need to call literally 2 to 3 times for the service worst experiance ever waste of money

washroom is not clean.., parking is big problem.... very Limited options in breakfast.. restaurant table cover is full of inhygeniene.. so dirty...

Hotel is v good but room are not properly maintained.

Ac was not working and room was completely suffocating. Moreover lift was also not working.do we have to walk up two floors everytime
