Rooms should have renovate/ upgraded, sofas were dirty, no tea/coffee arrangements were at room , no complementary packaged drinking water bottles as compared to the room rent .

Always my hotel reaching time match with night shift staff due to in days shift was always busy schedule for my office meeting so every time meet with him not get any supportive mindful behaviour.

Location is in prime area and beside the main road, there was no doubt but may some difficulty to find due to name not visible properly, its better if mention beside hotel Nandan. Food is ok but there was also have some difficulty to order food on your choice if you book the room along with food, there have so many rules. Facility also is ok ok, not so good or not so bad.

Untidy, dirty, service very pathetic. Timely not service issue. Not interested to stay again in this hotel.

Location is very good but I have an issue with the room size and bathroom is really very small. Otherwise the hotel is good.

Except location everything is average and like low value hotel. Committed nothing was available in there. This does not look like a double deluxe room, not provided dental kit and packed water as mentioned. Shawer module was fully faulty, no electric katle available in room, food quality was too much avarage / below average. In this facility, this is too much costly.

Room size is very small as per tariff. Food is okay and quantity also good. Hygiens is average, no amenities are avilable.

Have been a guest at this hotel intermittently for over a decade and half. the hotel had a low rating. the room were clean & ok. It has gotten old, but maintenance was at an acceptable level. Food was fine and staffs polite. Supprisingly the price even after a decade and half hasn't changed.

This hotel all things is bad ac connection very bad, very poor quality room & he give low quality break fast

Rooms are not good. Hygienic issues, staff behavior not good. This hotel shouldn't recommend to others. Very old and not properly maintained. Toilet very small and in one room hot water was not coming

The staff was terrible. No breakfast options. Toilet was yuck. Made my stay horrible. Please teach manners to the staff

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

Poor hygiene. . Everything just not up to mark at all. I wouldn't advise any other to stay in this hotel at all.

Room ambience is ok but electric switch is totally old unable connect charge

some hotels the water is disappointing, it will smell bad or full of iron but in this hotel the water is clean and hygiene, the food is also good they serve it fresh and warm. the workers there are also very welcoming and helpful. 👍

Hotel present at the heart of the city. All things easily accessible like bus stand, railway station. Well maintained and hygienic hotel. Polite and courteous staff.
