I enjoyed my stay here it is situated ideally in central city part, close to railway station and other modes of transport. Staff kind, supportive, warm hospitality best i have seen in my life, food is good and neighboring food joints awesome. Rooms spacious all amenities, bathroom is clean good, finally first timer like me lady solo traveler it is best place, i am going back with good stay memories.

Hotel is as par with its status as a 2 star Hotel Mahalaxmi Inn. Everything was functional. Ac was a bit noisy. But rest was good. They provided everything needed and cleanliness was good. But the quality of bedsheet and blanket cover can be improved. Also the toilet flush was not that forceful. Needed to flush 2-3 times. But the behaviour of staff was very nice and service was also great. )

Hotel mahalaxmi inn is located very near to charbagh railway station. Room was clean, staff was generous too. You can't get better Hotel Mahalaxmi Inn in this price. It's good for 1 night stay. Me and my wife checked in around 11:30 am and checked out on same day around 7 pm because we had to catch the flight. Room was clean, ac was working properly.

The staff was helpful and responsible. The room ambience is also good but the steps that were to be climbed to reach the reception were horrible. Very steep, narrow and terrifying. We are all abv 60 yrs of age had mend our heads, knee joints. Finally it appeared that the location was in old city(may correct me if im wrong)

Nice experience with Hotel Mahalaxmi Inn maha laxmi inn lucknow nearest charbagh railway station. Amazing food good quality, room and washroom was clean, Hotel Mahalaxmi Inn staff behaviour was awesome. I strongly recommended this place for other person who visited in lucknow.

stay was comfortable and everything was good, only problem was staff kept my 🆔 and said photocopy guy went somewhere when he will come back he will photocopy it will return my id they didn't return it till next day at the of checkout i have to ask them again for id

Had a wonderful experience. Food was good. No hidden charges. But full plate and half plate sabji where equal in quantity. Room was clean. Ac worked fine. In summer the tap water gets really hot to use after 8am. Hence showering was a problem. Staff was wonderful.

It was a pleasant stay there. Room was nice n Hotel Mahalaxmi Inn staff was very cooperative.

This Hotel Mahalaxmi Inn is near char-bag station, their hospitality and room service quite average. They haven't any lift, stair is so steep and not suitable for senior citizen.

I stayed for a week as couple and i enjoyed my stay here. Staff here us very polite and quick service. I do not have food from this Hotel Mahalaxmi Inn due to my personal food choices, so cant say anything about food.
