HOTEL MAHAMAYA

Room and washroom are very dirty just like a public toilet. very poor Experience in this hotel I never stay again in this hotel. all night the AC water Drain in Room.

This hotel is so bad it stinks so much, it is so dirty. It has such a dirty location. There is so much dirt in every room. I request to cancel the contract and refund my money because I did not stay here.

कभी भी इस घटिया होटल में मत रोकना बहुत ही खराब सर्विस है बात करने का तरीका नहीं है स्टाफ को नहीं इस समय पर सर्विस दे पाते हैं और नीचे इतनी गंदगी रहती है होटल के एंट्रेंस में की घुसने की इच्छा नहीं होती

The way of talking of manager is not good, talk very rudely . not giving respect to the guest. Even the nature of the Manager is not helpful

common area , lift is dirty bedsheets not changed . wash area tap water with low pressure.Breakfast was ok

In house services are not professional. Rooms untidy. Facilities not in place. Breakfast choice is limited. Food provided is not good. Hotel is spacious but run unprofessionally. Needs training in hospitality.

I had a very bad experience in the hotel the reception staff is not good the room which i have booked has not been the same. Room are very dirty, used bed sheet they are using. My recommendation is to not to stay in mahamaya

But service is slow and bathroom was not clean but reception staff behavior is good and helping this hotel near in by station that's why this hotel is nice

The rooms were clean, and decent for the price that i paid and enough facilities for water and food too

Not good service as tv not in working condition after complain to hotel manager he is not doing an thing. Non veg and veg kuchen not separate so i cant eat any thing

hotel don't even have soap at bathroom. hotel doesn't not have hot water. it also not having good ac. staff was quite polite but facilities were very poor. breakfast was also tasteless.. no soap, no napkins , no proper towel was there
