No hot water 0% cleannesses My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was nowhere near what the pictures showed—dirty floors, stained bedsheets, and a terrible smell that never went away. The AC barely worked, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. Even basic requests like extra towels took almost an hour. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with leaking taps and low water pressure. The worst part was the constant noise from the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. For the price they charge, I expected far better service and cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning a comfortable stay.

Location is good rest everything is Pathetic. Very unhygienic rooms, broken toilet, smelly bed, dirty corridor, Unprofessional Staff, how come.MMT don't do audit of such hotels. What is responsibility of MMT being aggregator. This is cheat and ridiculous

There is nothing to review here...I booked a room after paying the entire amount in September. when I reached the location, they did not give the room saying that there is no availability. the same people had sent location via whatsapp in the morning. afternoon - no availability. no accountability. nothing.

It was a very pleasant stay and the staff was too good and co-operative at the given price . I found this property on MakeMyTrip , The service is good , The location is near Lajpat metro station.

We have booked the hotel for 3 adults and they have charged additional for extra bed . While booking we have included breakfast but when we arrived at the hotel they said they don’t have any facility available for breakfast . There were misquotes and cockroaches all around the room , making it difficult to stay

Rooms are like store rooms . If you want bad experience in your life then stay a night at this hotel. There is no lift AC is not working Beds are very old and in broken condition Bathroom pipes are also in bad condition Overall horrible experience.

Room condition was bad as bedsheets & pillow covers were not changed. Also no cleanliness, no power backup & lack of maintenance staff. Among mentioned amenities only AC, TV & bathroom was available, rest of the amenities were missing.

It was a worst experience

This is a scam. All the properties by this host are surely a fraud. I never checked into the room because this wasn’t the room I booked. No AC, no door handles, walls were completely damaged, no working appliances. And all this happened with me midnight, when I was with my wife. The receptionist was smiling though on my situation. I regret booking this hotel.
