I had the worst experience in the hotel, hotel pictures posted over MMT are misleading. The real picture was something else Damp condition of washroom and room, broken washbasin and AC, Insufficient lights in the room & dirty floor, for toiletries there was only 2 pouch of clinic plus & 2 dirty soups. And due to this condition we end up changing 3 rooms but all the room were in same condition. When we asked about the bad smell in room, they spread some room fresher which made the condition more worse. Please check the room condition before booking the room.

The host was not ready with the appropriate room for a couple in advance. They failed to give us the right choice room at the first go. It took almost 2-3 hours to get us a fresh and suitable room that was also not complete with all the facilities promised while booking. We didn't go for their food as we found it too costly. Rest the room service was satisfactory though delayed. Overall it was not worth spending the 7-8k for such facilities.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Amenities

Stayed here recently with Family and had quite a disappointing experience. Here are the key issues that made the stay uncomfortable: No Parking Space: Despite being centrally located, the hotel offers no proper parking. We had a tough time managing our vehicle, which is a basic expectation. Dilapidated Room Condition: The furniture was old and poorly maintained. The room had a generally worn-out feel. Cleanliness was also below par. Constant Noise: Being adjacent to the Polo Ground, there was loud noise late at night. If you're looking for peace or rest, this is not the place. Poor Breakfast Spread: The breakfast included in the package was extremely limited in choice although OK in taste. Definitely not what one expects from a hotel in this category. Charged for Tea Despite Mention of High Tea in Booking: We were surprised to be billed for tea, even though the booking mentioned “high tea” as an inclusion. When questioned, the staff had no clear explanation - However, upon confrontation they waived it off Also, we were there over weekend Overall, not value for money and wouldn’t recommend unless improvements are made across basic service and infrastructure.

the only advantage of having this hotel was its location. It was situated at main market (mall road) of mount abu due to which visiting mall road as well as Nakki lake is cakewalk. However, the experience of staying in this hotel was highly disappointing. The overall experience was marred by several issues that made it far from satisfactory. The hygiene standards were appaling, with cockroaches found in the bathroom, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The breakfast buffet included in our package was extremely limited offering only 4-5 uninspiring items. Dinner was even worse-contrary to expectations, no buffet was provided and we have been asked to order from the restaurent menu. The food quality was average at best, and to out surprise, the hotel sourced sweets from another establishment, which were subpar. Additionally, the hotel failed to provide complementary packaged drinking water, despite breakfast and dinner being part of the booking and charged extra for it. The lack of professionalism was evident as neither the reception staff nor the restaurent manager wore uniforms. Most concerning was the apparent presence of a minor working in the restaurent,raising questions about the hotel's management practices. Overall, this hotel fell far short of basic expectations for cleanliness, service and quality. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Property location is good Food quality is good Very less amenities Manager is courteous but highly professional, He provided Room No 105 & 106 to us for two days stay. Room No 105 is the worst Room out of 51 rooms of that hotel. No proper water supply in that room, TV was not working in both Rooms, Broken Taps etc No such amenities were there as shown in list. Bathroom of 105 & 106 are in worst conditions. They provide proper rooms to direct customers. Not to MMT bookings
