Quality of room is very good. Behavior of all the staff was good. overall I liked It.

you charge a higher charge as a service platform than the original price as compared to offline booking.

Hopeless as inspite of our booking we were asked to take refund and shift to another hotel with 3 ladies at 2am in the night. We somehow managed. Request you for full refund. Wishing logical conclusion.

I took a night halt while returning from long road trip. Room was spacious and clean. Washroom is clean. Staff cooperated after my insisting on few things. They couldn't provide me morning tea that was unprofessional. Later i discovered there's a tea corner few metres far. They must maintain a small pantry for tea coffee. Or they can simply install machine. N one technical thing is lift should be there as my mom is suffering from acute joints issue n we came after walking so much at prayagraj, lift is a basic requirement. Overall stay was pleasanton location is good.

I booked a ac room and stayed briefly to catch an early morning train. Room was real big n quite neat. Bathroom was clean too. Staff behaviour was excellent and very couteous6

यहा का मालिक बहुत ही घटिया है, पैसा खाने के चक्कर में रहता है। मेरा पैसा रिफंड करना है तो पैसा वापस नहीं कर रहा है। और तो और फोन भी नही उठा रहा है।

It was a beautiful stay at this hotel. Location is a bit tricky, but not too far from the road. Ambience was pretty, the hotel was clean, safe and secure. Hotel staffs were professional, humble, and helpful. Quality and affordability - the hotel has both. Overall, joyous experience.

I stayed in the hotel with my father as we were in shahdol for some personnel work. The hotel is situated inside and is not on main road and market but it is quiet, neat & clean. On mm t it does shows to have wifi connection but they have it on the front desk on both floors which can be used from rooms as well. I was in first room so wasn't having any trouble using it. Manager mr tripathy is good and nice guy.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
