Hotel Mahek

So starting with its location, it was really one of the most highlighting features of the Hotel Mahek and in reality too the location of the Hotel Mahek will never let you down. It probably lies among the nearest Hotel Maheks to the sea beach over there. It's just about a 4 minute walk from the Hotel Mahek to the sea beach. Also the Hotel Mahek lies on the main road and car parking facility is also available, so you won't have any problem with that. Now, heading towards its reception, it was also smooth and fast. Decorations were very prominent throughout the Hotel Mahek. It was a three storey building and we got a room on the third floor. Now let me tell you one more thing, that not even a single room is fully sea facing though. The reason being is everybody is provided with a common sea facing balcony. Coming to the room, it was pretty clean and spacious too, the washroom was absolutely clean, provided with hot and cold facility. All the common amenities were present in the room, however the refrigerator wasn't working and there was no safe provided to the guests. Overall the rooms were above average. The staffs were very friendly, having a good behavior. Moreover the food we ate was nice too however it was a bit too spicy for a few people's liking but was okay for the rest. Also the quantity of the food provided was very good and each food item was available at a reasonable cost. To sum up, everything's good here including the location but note that most of the rooms are partially sea facing though. For the clear view of the sea shore you need to get to the common balcony of the Hotel Mahek.

Hotel mahek is very near to the new digha seabeach, only 2/3 minutes walk from Hotel Mahek to the mitra cafe side entry point to the beach. Excellent location, neat and clean rooms, reasonable tariff, a in house restaurant that serves good indian and chinese food and good service by the staff makes Hotel Mahek mahek an excellent choice for family as well as group single travellers. The staff are very helpful and polite. As a bonus you can sit and relax in the attached balcony and enjoy a side view of the market and the sea though the Hotel Mahek does not claim they have any so called "seaview rooms. Also each floor is having a seaside common balcony. I had stayed at this Hotel Mahek with my family back in 2015 and happily appreciate the renovations and addition of a couple of floors that we found this time. Overall a great choice for budget vacation at new digha.

During check in, although room was pre-booked they took more time to make room ready. Instead of 11.00 hours. They took 40 minutes more which is not expected. Receptionist defended with bad argument by shaking his responsibility on the checkout person. On first day food was good but second day breakfast was of very poor quality. Probably it was brought from outside. They defended themselves by telling that cook was changed on the day. Otherwise the stay was a good one for a short trip.

First of all the restaurant is right opposite to the Sea, secondly the behaviour of the staffs and the members were polite, sophisticated thirdly they have there own restaurant and the food over there is quite tasty and will not hamper your stomach and lastly the atmosphere over there was peaceful and less noisy. If I visit Digha again I will surely stay over there and recommend all my friends to do the same! Thank you for your service!

Value for money is good. Housekeeping is good but can be improved. Linens are clean but are sometimes colour stained. Concierge is helpful along with the room service. Food is cooked as per order, so can be a downside for quick orders but, quality of food is pretty good without any complaints. Most attractive feature is the location. It is Sea facing and truly beats all other Hotel Maheks in that respect. Overall it is a worthy stay.

Hotel mahek is situated at a prime location in new digha. It takes only few minutes to reach sea beach. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Room service is prompt. Hotel is neat and clean. Foods served are tasty. Only a bit overpriced. An overall satisfactory stay. Only thing which i missed here is Hotel Mahek wifi. The mobile network signal is week and the Hotel Mahek doesn't provide any wifi. Rest is perfect.

I would like to visit this Hotel again and again just because of its location and wonderful staffs it has. My room had a balcony but not Sea view but there is also a common balcony in every floor which provide clear Sea view. You can enjoy sunset from balcony itself. Staffs are so great, they will make your stay pleasurable. Don't forget to taste their food it is tastier as well as cheaper than the outside stalls.

Location is too good, behavior of the staffs are excellent, food is awesome and the rooms are very well maintained. All covid protocols has been maintained. Excellent sea view from the 3rd & 4th floor. Rooms are cheap rated as compared to the other Hotel Maheks of same facilities. Staffs are very humble and cooperative. I will definitely book this Hotel Mahek for my future new digha tour also.

It's overall a nice family stay at Hotel Mahek. I stay one day. It's very clean and cozy. The staff's behaviour was very good. Thank you.
