Hotel Mahi Residency

Room was spacious but not well cleaned, their washroom was smelling unhygienic, windows were not clean in the entire room, neither toilet paper was provided at the hotel. Overall the hotel room was not justified as per the price being charged.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is terrible – it’s hard to find and surrounded by noise and mess. The walls had seepage and looked very dirty, clearly showing poor maintenance. To make things worse, some guests were playing loud music late at night, making it impossible to sleep. The room was full of mosquitoes and the overall hygiene was extremely poor. The bathroom was not clean, and it smelled bad all the time. The food was the worst part – completely tasteless and unhygienic. I honestly regret booking this place. It’s definitely not worth the money and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Very pathetic experience in this particular hotel.Service is pathetic and hotel light and ac not working properly . At night party happen girls from outside visit in the hotel very pathetic service. Water leak from ac and they are not maintaining it properly .

It was awsome. Lady at reception helped a lot. Food was very tasty. Service was awsome. Highly recommended.

Hotel wasn’t upto the mark as no proper cleaning then hotel washroom was not good n without soap and all it wasn’t hygiene poor service and shady hotel

Location is good, stay was very comfortable. Staff is Good, specially front office. Food is Good. Overall great experience.

Electricity went off in evening for more than an hour and the staff was not at all worried to resolve the situation quickly. No toiletries were provided in the bathroom. Towels were unclean. The blanket sheets had stains and were torn, dirty. The property mentioned complimentary Hi Tea but they didn’t bother to provide anything. This property used to be decent 7-8 years back but has completely become below average now.

no water in bathroom in morning, linen was stained, tea breakfast not avlb till 8 30 am...no one picks up at reception in morning, location is in a very congested area...

Good: nice spacious rooms. Clean and tidy bad: hotel has a restaurant which has party every other night until 1 or further. Geyser doesn’t work in january.

1. Telephone is not connected. It's dead. I went down to reception for complimentary water bottles 2. Tv in the room is disconnected. All wires are detached 3. Ac is not working 4. Bedside switches are showpiece. Not working

So many problems in room

It was a very bad experience to stay in hotel ma-hi residency. First of all, i booked with advanced payment. But they are refusing to give me a room in the hotel, they said the room was full, they wanted to transfer me to another hotel. At least 30 min later they gave me a room. The room was average, the hotel food service was disgusting. Giving back to back reminders for my food order. Hotels have power cutting issues, they again change my room for it, and i also have water supply issues in the bathroom. I gave hotel staff reminder for water is not coming from my bathroom, they did not take any action, even they gave mistakenly extra fooding bills, also said when i will check out hotel they will adjust extra 64 rupees with minarel water and tea services. But it was not they given. My 64 rupees are also wasted. It was the worst services and staying experience to stay at this hotel. In the food bill i had ordered 5 bottles of minarel water, but they changed 9 bottles of minarel water.

Had Worst experience . Hotel had ac problem with worst toilets sanitary, booked 5 ac room(2 deluxe 2 executive room and one suite room) but got only 4 ac room (that too had problems)because one room ac was not working atall. Plus food not good and service was too much time taking
