Hotel service is not good and room look old

Very bad experience very unhygiene hotel no water in toilets rude behaviour of staff we order dal tadka which was served partially cooked really 0 rating for this hotel not recommended at all to anyone.

This was one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at, because the services were not so good. There was no water supply in the room and we struggled alot.

Excellent service even i extended my stay to stay there

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel grand mejestic, and i must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service provided by ayush and anshul was truly remarkable. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail and personalized care they provided was exceptional. From the moment i checked in until the day of departure, i felt like a valued guest. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. The amenities were top-notch, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend hotel grand majestic to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Ayush and anshul's exceptional service truly made my stay memorable, and i cannot wait to returning.

Washroom handle broken no cable tv boring stay in hotel noise music till 1. 30 am some drunkards were fighting in the hotel

Property location is good as after crossing the tunnel you get good restaurants and also road side market. Staff is supportive and polite but the only problem is they are not proactive. You need to ask for everything everytime like for toiletries, at the time when water goes out in washroom, and for hot drinking water as they don't provide hot water cattle whereas at this price point others provide.

This hotel is ridiculous, service is very poor, even bed sheets are not properly cleaned, food prices are very high and quality is poor
