Hotel Malhar Empire

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, the balcony was filthy, and check-in was a complete mess — we had to wait over 30 minutes because the staff couldn’t even find our booking details. To make things worse, they entered our room without permission while we were out, claiming they thought we had checked out — completely unacceptable and a serious breach of privacy. The room lock was jammed, making it a struggle every time we had to enter or leave. Even after requesting a room change, they refused to help. On the night of 2nd November, a large group was shouting, playing loud music, and creating chaos late into the night. The staff did absolutely nothing to control the noise or support us. Overall, this place is a disaster — poor management, zero respect for guests, and no sense of basic hospitality. Such pathetic properties should be immediately

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious. But need to look into the cleanliness more. No towels provided. But no restaurant.

All the points goes to staff of this hotel. They were helpful polite. Room was specious and was having unlimited hot water with proper pressure.
