HOTEL MALIKA RESIDENCY

They initially gave us a room with a non functional toilet. Waited for three hours for them to repair. They tried to repair it but could not. Later i asked them to shift my room and they obliged. That room was ok and did not have any problem. There seems to be some construction work going on and the car parked outside was completely covered with dust within a day. More room for improvement.

This HOTEL MALIKA RESIDENCY surprised us with its level of comfort, cleanliness, and service. Our expectations for a HOTEL MALIKA RESIDENCY in a small town like ettumanur were basic. We just sought a clean and comfortable place to halt overnight. The rooms were tastefully done, with good cooling, lighting and amenities. The HOTEL MALIKA RESIDENCY staff were also helpful.

Very friendly staffs and rooms up to good star standards. Property located in the heart of the City. All necessary requirements like dental kit, refrigerator etc. are available at a very minimum price in a centrally air conditioned HOTEL MALIKA RESIDENCY room. Hot water is available 24 x 7 with pressurized shower facilities.

I booked the place so that I could attend a friend's wedding the next day. The HOTEL MALIKA RESIDENCY is conveniently located on the main road itself. Loved the place. Rooms are clean and neat. The bathroom had all necessary amenities. All in all, I had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here itself the next time.

The HOTEL MALIKA RESIDENCY Malika residency didn't have any vacancy when we arrived, so they smoothly transferred us to National Park, which is nearby. So the rating of rooms is for HOTEL MALIKA RESIDENCY national park and not Malika residency.
Large spacious clean and well maintained room and lobby.

Located in the heart of ettumanoor town. Room was clean and provided amenities like kettle, sugar, teabags etc. Bathroom was also good provided a comb, showercap, soaps, dentalkit, shaving set, and shampoos showerjel etc. Receptionist and everything felt good. Car and bike parking available.

Stay was excellent. Spacious rooms are one plus point. The only problem is the lack of staff at the restaurant and housekeeping sections. Had to make several calls time and time again to reach out for them. Overall it's good place to stay for a short period. Value for money.

Property located in prime location with adequate parking, co operative front desk executive and security personnal. Ac having very good cooling, room service good, toileteries provided. Electric kettle and tea coffee making sachets provided. Hassle free check in

Property is 1. 5 km away from ettumanoor bus stand. Easy access by local transport, room was spacious and we'll maintained, proper hygiene and clean bathroom. Only issue i face was the ac. It was not working properly
