Location is excellent. Krishna ****erball, s**** temple, beach, bus stand are all very walkable from here. Spacious parking space. Food is good but complimentary breakfast can be managed more efficiently. The staffs at reception, room service and kitchen are very courteous and will always look to give you better service. Amenities include parking space, restaurant, swimming pool, hi team and other room services. Also they are supportive if any special requests are made in case of food or any room service. Food is good even for small kids. Overall it's excellent.

This Hotel Mamalla Heritage is in the heart of the city. Beaches and site seeing is in the range of 2 kms. While i observed that during new year eve, vehicles coming from other Hotel Mamalla Heritages were not given entry into the city but residing in the mamala heritage had a privilege due to the location as vehicles were allowed during the peak hours. The breakfast was very delicious, room prices are quite decent. This is a must stay Hotel Mamalla Heritage.

The location of the property is very good, close to and walking distance from all the heritage sites. Food was good. The cafe next door served the most amazing hot chocolate. Overall a comfortable stay although just by paying attention to details they could have scored better. They did not provide hand towels and when asked they told that it is not in our policy. Which decent Hotel Mamalla Heritage does that.

Everything was good as expected, we checked in at midnight but the reception was open and the room was ready. The only drawback we noticed is the double bed was queen size and with a kid that was tough to sleep. A major surprise when we asked to change the room the next day we were informed all rooms are having queen beds only.

A wonderful stay very close to almost all monuments situated near mahabalipuram. The staff in the property were very friendly and courteous. The room was neatly made and cleaned. The only issue was hot water but sorted. Food is good in both the meal timings dinner and breakfast
