Hotel Mamalla Heritage

Due to the locational advantage and the heavy rush of tourists, the Hotel Mamalla Heritage will be sold out despite any reviews. Heritage means you can inherit anything. Luxury or poverty. This Hotel Mamalla Heritage, at best, is an average low-budget Hotel Mamalla Heritage. We booked this Hotel Mamalla Heritage seeing the displayed photographs of rooms - but these photos are misleading. We have got a small room, old furniture and not well-maintained. The bed was for two - but one person had to crawl in as there was no space to get into from the other side. . The service was very good. The staff are well behaved. The only thing is we are provided with cheap and old room. Or this room was not shown in the displayed photos. Among the amenities, we were promised a working table - my husband needed a work table and chair. There was a dresing-cum-working table-like furniture. But no chair in the room. After a couple of requests, they provided a dirty plastic chair so disgusting that we couldn't keep it inside the room. For those who can spend a lot of money just for the sake of it, this is a good Hotel Mamalla Heritage. But for those who look of value for money, this is not for you.

Location : good, in the heart of the town and walkable distance to shore temple, beach, market, butter ball etc. Food : limited menu, very crowded often, room service is double the charge ex. Water bottle rs 40 in the room and restaurant, when other Hotel Mamalla Heritages in mamallapuram give at rs. 20. Amenities : : ok. It has a swimming pool services: very bad : struggled to get an extra bed. They just want to provide a mattress and escape. After long insistence, got a bed. Room service is very poor. Got a blanket after three reminders at 10130 pm, our complain to issue in tv wa s not even attended during our two nights stay. Therefore, room service needs to be improved a lot. Overall Hotel Mamalla Heritage is good with decent parking and two separate veg and non veg restaurants. Recommended with improvement in room service

Too too good, the service staffs were extremely kind, spacious rooms with all required amenities & facilities, location is simply wow(at a walkable distance from main tourist attractions nearby & it is on main street nearby bus stop, swimming fool & excellent complimentary breakfast with lot of menu items, depending upon the location of your room, you can also see krishna's ****erball from your room. Totally worth the price you pay for it. We stayed for one night, believe me this is one of the best Hotel Mamalla Heritage in that location at this price. Simply go for it. Many foreigners too prefer this Hotel Mamalla Heritage, due to the facilities & benefits as explained above.

We had a comfortable stay. The Hotel Mamalla Heritage is very close to heritage sites. The housekeeping could have been better as i had to ask them to change the blanket cover as it had tea / coffee stains. They have immediately changed on request. The mirror behind the main door was very dusty, had to use the mirror inside washroom the shower gel was empty and was never refilled, they mentioned out of stock will refill in sometime, but it did not happen. The food served at the vegetarian restaurant attached was good. Their complimentary breakfast spread had many items and all items were very tasty! overall we had a comfortable stay at the Hotel Mamalla Heritage

We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Mamalla Heritage. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities were excellent. The Hotel Mamalla Heritage is located in a convenient area, close to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was relaxing and refreshing. We would recommend this Hotel Mamalla Heritage to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in mahabalipuram. Initially the allocated room on the ground floor was not upto the mark - it was stained and bed was also not clean. After some nudging, they gave us a room on the first floor which was good. Post that stay was comfortable and good. Staff are generally very helpful and courteous. Two restaurants within the Hotel Mamalla Heritage provides different cuisines with clean and hygienic food. The Hotel Mamalla Heritage is also inside mahabalipuram and some of the major attractions are within walking distance.

The best property in mahabalipuram to stay. Pure 3 star luxury. Entire place spic n span, tidy. Staff is awesome and very courteous; even during peak season their service was prompt and efficient. Buffet is good and the alternative restaurant ` wok dhaba is excellent place for both veg & non veg. Swimming pool is well maintained and is an added bonus for all seasons to unwind. They even allowed us early checkin by almost 2 hour prior to scheduled time but on prior request to front desk.

Mamalla heritage is one of the best Hotel Mamalla Heritage in mahabalipuram. Its location is excellent. There are two separate restaurants inside the Hotel Mamalla Heritage, one for veg other for nonveg food. Both of them serves extremely delicious food. Room is properly maintained. Well lit and sanitized. Properly cleaned rooms as well as bathrooms. One suggestion is that swimming pool should be open till 8p. M. So that guests can enjoy the pool after finishing all outdoor activities.

Situated near mahabalipuram beach, well maintained Hotel Mamalla Heritage, staff very courteous, variety of free breakfast buffet, well looked after by steward smiling jason. Thank you jason.

Everything was perfect, the facilities in the room, the breakfast (perfect cappuccino, the pool, the staff and the location.

Hotel's location is very convenient as it is walking distance from all local sight seeing places. We had a relaxing family stay at this place. Special mention to all the team of boys and girls interning at this Hotel Mamalla Heritage. Made our stay filled with warmth with their personal attention to every activity.

The Hotel Mamalla Heritage is centrally located and within walking distance of 2 of the 3 major attractions in mahabalipuam. The Hotel Mamalla Heritage is clean and neat and the vegetarian restaurant food is supurb.

An excellent Hotel Mamalla Heritage. All staff( mr abiram) are good and friendly. All tourist attractions are in and around this property. If i visit mahabalipuram again i will definitely stay at mamalla heritage only.

It is a good budgetary Hotel Mamalla Heritage with all the basic facilities like good accommodation, swimming pool, dining area is separate and exclusive for vegetarian and non vegetarian guests. All the most important 3 tourists destination is with in 500 meters. Staff are courteous and polite with cooperative nature and helpful too.
