HOTEL MAMATA

I chose mama-ta specially because it is once an iconic HOTEL MAMATA in vijayawada from late 60s but fell into bad days after covid onslaught. Guests do face problems of non availability of intercom, no room boys and absence of room service. One needs to call reception for any specific requirements in the room and execution of that request does take considerable time. Hotel general upkeep is good and quality of food served in ac restaurant and fast food self serving counter is good. The available staff at the reception, restaurant, fast food section and cleaning staff are dedicated. For guests expecting services on demand, HOTEL MAMATA with existing staf can't provide such services. But loyal old customers like me like the spacious rooms and generally quiet atmosphere with in the HOTEL MAMATA. I do hope present management will try to bring back the HOTEL MAMATA's past reputation.

Very easy to locate this HOTEL MAMATA. Best known Hotel in Vijayawada. A reputed HOTEL MAMATA for a long time but now struggling to maintain the standards. Govt and Private Bus stand are closeby. Movie halls and Besant Road for shopping are within walkable distance. Good and centrally located HOTEL MAMATA for short stay. Value for money too.

Location and price are good, walkable from stn and bus stand . But for some reason was reluctant to generate a bill if booked online and paid in advance .. It has parking space for cars to a limited extent and is well known to thee local public. Medium budget HOTEL MAMATA OK for a days stay

Nearer to bus stand & Railway station. Udipi restaurant is available. Taxi facilitiy is available to visit the tourist places near by. Tiffin and meals ( veg only are very delicious. Rooms are neat but some what old. A/C and lift are funciong well. OVER ALL GOOD STAY WITH VALUE FOR MONEY.

First they did not agree to provide the room, stating that the amount paid was not acceptable. I contacted Makemytrip and they spoke to HOTEL MAMATA and sorted out the matter. The whole process took about 40 minutes. I request you to see that similar controversies do not repeat.

No frills HOTEL MAMATA. Staff are courteous. Service is excellent. You car parking. Centrally located. My stay was good. You have 2 lifts. Meghamala bar is there on the top floor and at the end of the day you can have a good time there. You have an attached restaurant.

It is Budget Hotel. Good HOTEL MAMATA. Near by Railway Station and Bus Station. Value for Money. Food is good.. Services are good.. Front office is good.. Overall it is good stay. I would like to stay in this HOTEL MAMATA again during my next trip to Vijayawada.

I have fully satisfied with this experience, the room is very good. They have given more than enough privacy. Very good reception, well receiving people. Wonderful accommodation. Super ventilation and lighting.

Location is good rules are not good. Four number of guests visited 15. 30 hrs, reception executive didn't allow to discuss upto 1800 hrs. They charged rs 300 per guest which is not tolerable with out night stay

Only Bath room and toilets are not clean

My dad had stayed for 1 day he told that he had very nice experience while staying here.. The staff was very supportive and available 24/7. Maintenance is also quite good. Very much satisfied with the stay.

First thanks to book my trip for providing good offers. Hotel location is good but service is average. TVs are CRT. No room service. Low budget HOTEL MAMATA but finally ok.
