The best part of the Hotel Manakamna Residency is its proximity to mall, 2 mins via lower tong song road. We seem to be the first guest after pandemic hence cleanliness was not upto the mark, there were damp on the blanket. The room with a view was average, bathroom too small but it served our purpose as the geyser was functional. Overall i would have rated the Hotel Manakamna Residency average but not for the behaviour of the manager samarpan and always smiling service boy raju, and of course the location.

We usually rate a Hotel Manakamna Residency while ignoring the service it offers. The service makes the Hotel Manakamna Residency excellent and I found the service excellent. I checked in 4 hrs early and the Hotel Manakamna Residency cooperated very well.
