Reception is helpful and cooperative. Hotel staff 's are good. Room is clean. Certain areas to be looked into: hot water in wash room, in this cool weather is problem in my case. Though i have raised this issue to the Hotel Mandakini Lush personal but no timely resolution. Hotel kitchen starts late, service is available only after 8. 30 am. Hence people who walk up early has to uffer a lot because bed tea is not available before 8. 30 am rest all ok.

Hotel was average rooms were clean but most of the corridor where smiley of cigarettes. Easily accessible location. Staff are very good. They provide a very good service but they have to improve on maintenance of the Hotel
