Good clean hotel, great location

We stayed here on a private trip out of nostalgia, to hang out at the karnataka college. This was within walking distance, in a lovely green area, close enough to major sites like mallikarjuna mansur museum and easy to get an auto. Several small local restaurants nearby. We did not try the Hotel Mandhar Regency food, though there is a restaurant in the Hotel Mandhar Regency. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

2 nd floor got problem with hot water. We got bucket of water from server outside room. Entire floor was not having hot water. Otherwise everything is fine. Room was good.

Food was good with regional cuisine. Even though room is old fashioned they are clean, staff is responsive, good and support. They go extra mile.
