Hotel Maneck Residency

Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The room had a bad smell, and cleanliness was a major concern. The bathroom wasn't properly maintained, adding to the discomfort. Service was also subpar, and noise levels were high. To make matters worse, there was no parking available. However, when I complained about the smell, the management did offer to shift me to another room, but at an additional cost. Not impressed with the overall experience. Wouldn't recommend.

The reception and service were poor.

Except bedspread everything is good and it is walkable from Ooty bus stand and we will get all the groceries from the stay.

Dear Traveler Hotel service is not good it's Communication and Room also not good It's showing online best but their room is the worst room for saying 😡

I didnt stayed in this hotel. Parking was not there. Reception girl was terrific, worst. Make my trip also couldnt able to help for refund of atleast 50% never ever would suggest anyone for hotel maneck residency nor through make my trip.

Location good, services poor, cleaning not well. New guest getting old bed sheet and covers. When we visit septic tank is looking overflowing. Best thing is location

The hotel is not good, even though they don't give morning breakfast and water and soup and toothpaste also. The service is very warm and the cost is very high

Actually i booked 4 room but they tell that it is error, only give one room for your team,

A decent hotel nearby ooty lake. We stayed at triple deluxe, the third bed was sofa cum bed, although not so comfortable, easily 3 adults can stay with that in place. Restrooms were clean. No food available.

Service was very poor they haven’t cleaned the bed and haven’t provided fresh bedsheed n pillow cover we have to use at same condition as the last guest leftover. The excuse they have that housekeeping was not present. The towels was stinking so bad that just i threw out of room.

Room were not clean as shown in images. Bedsheet provided by staff is even torn out. Location saved is not perfect. Outside food, we can order but no services for plates etc.

Hotel is worst, i have never seen this kind of dirty and smelling hotel, they dint provide even soap and towel. It was waste of my money. I booked room by paying 6k per nights for 2 days. I couldn’t stay more than 1 day. Hotel mane k is cheater. Please don’t fall in trap by looking pics.

It's a very average room only hotel. Though the rooms were clean but there are not any basic amenity. During peak season room sold as high as rs 5000 which is not at all worth. Untrained staff, housekeeping not available whole day. Clean drinking water not provided all in all a bad stay and not recommended at all.

Rs. 6900 per night with no parking. Shown sofa bed as well as single extra bed in pics. Given single extra bed with triple bedded deluxe room.

Best value for money stay. Very neat rooms and toilets.

Service is not good we book for two night their no hot water in morning we have on senior citizens how they we can't explain to you in the world

The bed in the room i got was good but the bathroom was not clean. There was no wifi connection. No drinking water was given

the rooms were clean but too noisy.the hotel is on the main road so almost all night traffic noise was coming. basic things like towel hand wash soap electric kettle etc were not available.. in one line they haven't provided any basic things except the room.. room service and telephone to contact reception was also not there in the room

Rooms are good. No restaurant but will get food nearby. The main problem faced is parking. It is an issue for most of the hotels in ooty
