The rooms are good but the staff is very rude and has no manners at all and acts like we are staying for free.

The stay was okay, the rooms and other amenities were good . There is no lift so avoid it if you have elderly person with you . The location is very good. service is slow as per our expectations.

Manager and staff are rude, they dont care, always ask customer to adjust, no dental kit provided, no soap provided, no clean blanket provided. No room service provided on first day. Food is bad. Location is good. Amenities are not good. We took food from Zomato. If you are going with family then avoid stay here. They dont have feedback form and they dont ask customers feedback as customers are changing every 2-3 days.

the hotel if just 2 min walk from bhushi dam and the rooms were clean and the food was also very tasty but we faced little delays in hot water for the 2 of the days of my booking

IT WAS GOOD TO STAY.... STAFF WAS GOOD... PHONE AND TV'S CABLE WAS NOT WORKING... ROOMS WERE LOCATED ON 1ST & 2ND FLOOR WITHOUT LIFT..NOTHING ON GROUND FLOOR(INCASE IF YOU HAVE ELDERS WITH YOU THAT CAN BE A ISSUE) AND NO INDIAN TOILET ONLY WESTERN TOILET... OVER ALL IT WAS GOOD EXPERIENCE AFTER ADJUSTING FEW THINGS IT WAS GOOD TO STAY.... STAFF WAS GOOD... PHONE AND TV'S CABLE WAS NOT WORKING...

Overall experience was very amazing, specially the food is very great. You get very homely vibe and feeling.

Stay was good with great view from room. Only cons was no lift in the premises. Location was infront of Bhushi dam.

The Hotel is bad , flush was leaking, wash basin was leaking badly .No hot water for bathing..frequent power cut , hotel has no genset it seemed...overall waste of money..was getting better deals n hotels at lower price..don't waste your money only to be near bushi dam..avoid this hotel..

Room size very big but not maintained well... It's unhygienic n basic amenities also not provided such as toiletries, shaving kit, Dental kits etc.

In Hotel, TV was not working, pillow was dirty, pillow cover was torn, mug in bathroom was broken, there was no shampoo handwash, one small soap was provided that’s all.

The Room was clean and tidy. The ventilation of the room was excellent.

Hotel was very neat and clean. Toilet was very clean with a facility of hot water in bathroom. Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean with good ventilation. Bed is big to accommodate 2adult and 1 kid. We got mountain view rooms very good. You get a fresh natural air and oxygen at any point of time whether evening, night or morning due to its location in mountains. Far from city lonavala city so was happy to avoid traffic, pollution, honking, crowd etc. Very big space available for parking inside the hotel also so had a good night sleep without any tension of parking. Also very friendly and polite staff. The location is fantastic just opposite to bhusi dam parking. Overall i am satisfied. Stayed with wife and kid.

The hotel rooms are very spacious, clean and good. The food was amazing in taste. The hotel service was quick and good.
