Dear Sir, It is always clear in online booking that if you want to check in before the policy decided by hotel and OTA , so you need to pay extra. It does not mean that if we have room vacant in the morning so we should not charge. Due to this reason Please don't misunderstand us. Thank you very much for the valuable comment. Sir if the room was not good you could have stopped booking continuosly for the next six days. In your entire stay you have not handed over the keys for the cleaning and have always carried the keys with you not informing to clean the room and now you blame the property for the cleanliness. And for the noise, it is the marriage season and all the guest enjoy the property and if you felt noisy should have not continued the booking. By keeping such kind of comments, when the fault is totally yours is not good on the guest part also. We know you must have faced some problems while your stay, so you could have approached front office but you never did and now you blame the property is not good on your part. We will definitely see to it that you are satisfied in your next booking and will take best care of you. Thank you.

My reply was totally fair and I had tried to call the customer to ask him in this regards but he has not attended my call, so I discussed this issue to the BDM Someshji also and he is also well aware of this issue. So my as the customer review is getting highlighted I request my reply should also get the same importance as there is nothing false in that and should be checked genuinely. Or both the review and the reply should be deleted.

Dear sir, when you book the room with us that means you have already seen the picture of the room which is the real room picture, so how can you say that the size of the room is small. Also you haven't ordered anything so how do you say the service is average. Also the water served to you was in the clean glass and if it was to be served again than the glass will certainly be washed and filled as it was done for you. All the other guests who came with you and stayed with us were satisfied, so if you had noticed something like that, than could have brought to our notice. Anyway we are thankful to you for giving your prestigious review. Thank you.

Sorry to ask you but the rates of our restaurant are high but you did not have food in the restaurant and you ordered from the room service and the rates in the room service are normal. But still if you felt the rates were high so I Am very sorry for that. Thank you once again.

Sir I really don't recall how you lost money without staying. And if wrongly booked would have brought the issue to the management before giving this review though you have not stayed. And if the Hotel was not matching your standard than would have cancelled immediately. Sorry to say but when you write for someone without even staying you misguide other also. But still customer is always god for us so we apology for the trouble you faced. Would be glad enough, if given chance to serve you and we promise you that we will satisfy you with our best services.
