familyWorst experience, hotel reception person didn't respond over the phone, as we were not able to reach the hotel with our car due to zero traffic area, struggling two hours more, night and didn't even had dinner so make my trip person also didn't respond properly over the phone, makemytrip also didn't reveal the zero traffic area of the location of the hotel mansarovar, haridwar, we are punished, totally harassed, we never recommend this hotel even to our enemies

Property locations at good but property is worst and horrible. Flooring was very dirty. Water glass was not clean. Stool not provide in was room. Bedsheets was clean. Even bed was broken.

Basic amenities like a tv dish were not recharged. A small bathing table was not available in the bathroom. The ambience was not good. Car parking was not available in the hotel. Hotel staff was good.

The hotel location is good. Good and proactively helpful staff. The rooms were quite spacious and washroom was neat and clean. Tv was not working, and we had to wait for a while for them to recharge it. When we reached there was also some issue with the ac. They did fix both the things, but when you reach at 7 pm, it was uncalled for (and the reason i’ve removed 1 star)

groupThe hotel is located in a bo traffic zone, being close to the har ki pauri. Therefore luggage needs to be fetched or carried from the municipal parking a 10 min walk away. This aspect is not clear, when the hotel says free parking. That phrase too is deceptive, since there is actually no space.
