Hotel Mansarover Paradise

So i had booked a suite room for my stay at moradabad and the expectations i had in my mind, honestly speaking the Hotel Mansarover Paradise staff met that exceedingly. Such warm hospitality, awesome food menu, precautions and safety which is a must during this time, everything was just above the mark. It would be very difficult to find any demerits of making a stay at this property.

Location was. But room was not Worth. Lamp has no bulb, Entercom was Dead (not working), no response even after repeated complaints, center table size was not suitable, no space to move to sit on sofa chair, no place to put luggage to use. Not impressed. Will try another Hotel in next trip. Food was very costly. Bed was also not comfortable. Sorry but my experience was not good.

A great Hotel Mansarover Paradise to stay away from home. Courteous staff open for constructive suggestions and implementation. Visited for a work event everything was smoothly planned out. To mention the name of mr. Vishal at the reception who is always happy to help. The food at 'ehsaas' is delicious n wonderful. Kudos team mansarovar paradise.

2 bad very bad, only food was good rest all super trashy. 2. Room was not cleaned properly, wash room in pathetic conditions, switch board broken, door mat was very bad and dusty, curtains was full with dust, wash room window broken, buffet was not there in 1st day breaksaft, car was not cleaned by Hotel Mansarover Paradise staff

Overall it's good and i always stay here whenever visiting moradabad. I will say that the staff at Hotel Mansarover Paradise mansarovar are very helpful and co operatives. The only thing they should improve is to arrange pick up drop for local convenience and also to add some more options for the breakfast. Thanks

This Hotel Mansarover Paradise & staff are amazing and so helpful every room neet & clean. Breakfast arrangement so nice, such beautiful feeling. . There was no problem but i think bathroom tiles are so sleeping please change the tiles in bathroom lower section rooms.

The stay was a pleasant one as all the staff took utmost care and made sure no stones were left unturned. Just the rooms need a little renovation apart from that the stay was a comfortable one due to the all the staff members present there.

Hotel reception staff mr. Poal is very comparative, i had some of the issue in room but specially mr poal come and resolved the all issues. He's is really very good personality and he's know very well customers requirements.

Nice stay & excellent service. Food quality was good along-with other services. Must recommend everyone to visit once if moving to moradabad.
