Overall experience was okay, but the staff’s behaviour was very good, especially the boy at the reception—he was awesome. Room cleanliness was average.

Not good in property but abhishek is helpful person in front office department and breakfast is low quality not good room was very dirty

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for rest and relaxation. The staff was respectful and helpful without being intrusive, which I really appreciated. Everything worked smoothly—from check-in to room service—and the overall atmosphere was calm and professional. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay without any disturbances, this is definitely a great choice. Would stay again!

Location of the property is in close proximity of Vapi Railway station. If we use second exit, it is in a walkable distance.  Hotel is in a renovation process. A terrible unhygienic hotel. Faulty smell all around the hotel prevails, both in and out of the room. Room is spacious in a way. But amneties are below standard. Not value for money. I have booked with a complimentary breakfast through MMT. But the staff at the reception is unaware or totally ignored my request. My request to MMT is not to emboss such hotels. Worst experience in my life

Third class hotel, as per photos showing in MMT and as per actual scenario there is totally different, Bedsheets and pillows is very dirty, warm water is not available as well as no parking facility.

It was a terrible experience to say the least. Hotel is in very bad condition and for everything they say the hotel is under renovation or maintenance. The reception is in the second floor and the lift is shut permanently! The hotel does not have running hot water facility. Worst is that they could not even provide it in bucket! My room did not have a intercom. So, I had to walk to reception for my issues. Hotel does not have staff or workers to attend to issues. Hotel does not have restaurant of its own. Housekeeping is terrible. Interior is in pretty bad condition. You can see wires and broken things hanging all over. There no kits, wipes in the wash room, entrance & parking spaces are horrible!

Very bad hotel not recommended to anyone. No power in night, no fan, no ac. Mosquito bite also. No reply from your side. I need repayment for the hotel stay

This is not a good stay not available in the hot water, shower not working the telephone is not working and the tv remote is not working

It's a couple hotel. Hotel is old and some rooms under renovation. Lighting in rooms is very low, linens are dirty, washroom sheet also dirty. They are overcharging. I booked room with breakfast but they give only poha in breakfast.
