Hotel Maple Delite

Everything was amazing. Room service, amazing ac, clean washrooms, reception, food delivery to room. Only two issues, the room i was given had a mattress a bit used, so it was compressed in the middle, so sleeping was a bit of an issue. Secondly, light goes here. The major problem is when lights goes away, even the supply to power points goes away, only fan keeps working. So thats a bit of an issue if the light goes for the night and you have kept your phones and pqoer banks at charge. Lovely storage spaces. They have a sofa, a chair and study table too. One of the most clean rooms i have stayed in till now, and thats including tourist places also. Big parking, so bring how many cars or persons you have to. Amazing family stay place. Loved the Hotel Maple Delite and its ambiance. Elsewise, lovely location, peaceful room view. It will mostly be my choice if i go back to lucknow again.

The Hotel Maple Delite is good, clean, family friendly, staff well mannered and decent, food is also good. Everything to your expectation with a family trip. But. The reception is extremely poor while checkout they insist you to clear the bill without confirmation of the accounts department that the guest has already paid through mm t and that the restaurant bill is also paid. It's your responsibility to look after your property while check out don't call and fight for a lost towel. This is a hefty reason for i ll never book this Hotel Maple Delite again.

Good place to stay in this location. Room was neat and clean but they didn't provide tea bags etc at the time of check in room. When i said for this then provided by staff. Restaurant staff is not customer friendly. You have to call for one thing again and again.

My stay is good, food is also tasty and well cooked, staff is very cooperative and well mannered, some rooms have washroom not working properly, they changed room with no issue. Can you give me detail about 5 day stay in switzerland

The property was neat and clean. The staffs were very polite and the food quality was very good. The only thing is that you will get only vegetarian food inside the Hotel Maple Delite. Overall nice and comfortable stay.
