Hotel Maple Grand

Hotel Maple Grand is a nice Hotel Maple Grand located in the heart of Agra. It offers excellent metro connectivity and is close to a lovely rooftop restaurant. Everything you need is within walking distance. The Hotel Maple Grand itself is clean and spacious, and the washrooms are also well-maintained and tidy. The reception staff is polite and courteous, though the manager was initially a bit rude. As per MMT's promise, complimentary guaranteed early check-in (up to 2 hours before standard check-in) and late check-out (up to 2 hours after standard check-out) were supposed to be available. However, the manager initially denied this but later agreed to accommodate the request. One downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, so noise from both inside and outside the Hotel Maple Grand can be heard clearly. Overall, our family stay was pleasant and good value for the price.

Room service, hygiene, cleanliness, transportation, location, staff behaviour was excellent. Budget friendly as well. Food was average, but many food options near about and no outside food restrictions, even provided crockery for outside food. In total it was a nice experience with family.

Property location: aligned with the highway, easy to navigate. Food: i have ordered online, as the Hotel Maple Grand allows the outsider foods also. Services: quick and the staff is also very well disciplined and supportive. Washrooms are also hygienic.
