Hotel Maple Grand

loved the stay at Maple Grand they delivered on what they advertised , would certainly recommend to friends and family and of course to those reading this . the decor was great , the view was nice although we did not order food because we wanted to order local food from swiggy and Zomato , but overall the experience was great . Taj Mahal is 15 mins via auto , auto guys charge 10 rupees per person to drop you there . railway station is 20 minutes from there they charge 70 rupees there while ola would cost about 136 rupees . DONT FORGET TO ASK FOR IRON AND IRONING BOARD! value for money 5/5 cleanliness 5/5

I got extremely skeptical after reading a few reviews but i had the best stay of my life. I was with my family and we had the best experience staying here. We did an early check in and in spite of that we only had to wait some 10 mins and our room was ready. The staff here are extremely well behaved and polite. I had the smoothest check in and check out and the best experience of my life. Absolutely amazing.

I stayed with my family here and had decent experience. Pros: 1. Room sizes are good and went with our expectations. Space to keep luggage at the initial setup of the room. 2. Hotel staff is helpful and also accommodated our request on early check in as per availability. Cons 1. Disappointed with the breakfast quality and slow service. Having food for outside of the Hotel Maple Grand would be better option.

Stay was good room was good location of Hotel Maple Grand is good. But i was upset with few things. Thr was no one who can kept my luggage to my room i had manage with myself. And same thing happen to me next day. I ask reception girl to send someone to help me because i already had a heavy luggage still thr was no one. I waited 10- 15 minute at last i managed it myself

Room was good but there were makkhi(fly) in room, ac took long time to cool, electric kettles was faulty which they changed. Food was nice and we were given 20% discount in food bill which was so great. Location of Hotel Maple Grand is very good and is in prime location. All Hotel Maple Grand staff were nice and behaved well. Overall it was a nice stay and i liked it.

Good stay, the room was neat and the ambience was good. Ordered ala carte dinner and the food was good. Only issue face is with travel desk as we need a cab to railway- station which is just 6km they asked for 650rs. Where i can hear the driver on mobile only ask for 400 the travel desk person change that to 650 and try to cheat us. Otherwise have a 4. 5 rating.

Very good clean room, polite staff. Location 10 min auto to tajmahal. But i feel some uncomfortalbe with their spring bed. Food charges are high. Overall its good to stay

Maple grand vibes were very very exciting. The room was very well furnished with good interior at minimum prices. Staffs were also cooperative n helpful to visisters. Staff was also cooperative, helpful n humble to visiters.

Room was big and spacious, check in location and overall facade too was up to the mark. Breakfast buffet could have been a little better.
