Hotel Marina

The Marina is located bang opposite the Nani Daman police Station. They said that it was a portuguese police Station earlier and they converted it to a Hotel later. Marina has a parking for 3-4 cars in a separate property just next to the Hotel. The Hotel is Parsi owned so you can be sure of its cleanliness. Rooms are available on the ground floor as well the 1st floor. We stayed in room no 7. They have a restaurant as well. If you book company company then you get complimentary breakfast too which is available till 10:30 Am and has a different menu. Food was good but lacked Salt, not the issue that you fret over. All f Daman does not put Salt in their food, I wonder why. Tomatoes are cheap, I guess. Every food is served with a tomato dressing. A dirty local Daman Beach is 10mins walking from the Marina and so is st Jerome 's Fort. The staff at the Marina is cordial but are short. You have to leave your room keys with them when you step out house rules. The watchman is very alert during the night and stands throughout at the door. A medical is at a stone throw distance from the Hotel. My room had a night light as well. Ac worked fine. TV troubled a lit but was fine later. Bathroom was extremely neat and tidy. Wooden floors give you a vibe. Instead of staying at expensive places at the Beach, stay here. Beaches are at 15 min drive. The China/Hong Kong market is located 2 mins from the Marina. I'd highly recommend the Marina Hotel.

Hotel marina didn't disappoint, located in the heart of Daman its almost the Centre point where everything is within a range of 5kms. Hotel rooms were nice exceeded much beyond my expectations. Every room comes with AC and nice and clean was rooms. Hotel staff is friendly and always there for your help. Breakfast is complimentary but most of the menu revolves around eggs however if you don't eat eggs u'll still get your options. Parking is also available but in the property next to it, but that isn't much of an issue as there staff is always there to help you with that. Didn't get chance to try there kitchen in my trip hopefully will get that opportunity in my next trip. Last but not the least Hotel Marina marina is a proper amalgamation of modern and antique. A very nicely maintained property.

It was very maintained property and great experience. It is very tidy & clean Hotel Marina which I ever seen. Reception & other supporting staff is also very cooperative & helpful. But food was very average and breakfast also don't have too much option. They are providing sop, shampoo then it would be better if they could provide toothpaste also along with. When customers do check-in, he may needs to be take Bath to become as fresh and so they should ask to customer upfront for hot water as their hot water stops at 11am & check in time is 1pm. They need to provide drinking water in room twice in day without demand. Obviously their food was average but Mutton dry fry was best. Overall experience was very nice, very good property specially for family. Thanks for great hospitality.

If u like old building that takes you back into the colonial times with wooden floors and old furniture and humble people i highly suggest this place. You will not find a lot of luxury but the staff is very nice and helpful and the food is amazing, along with the vibe of the place. If u are visiting for weekend i highly recommend you stay there, the Hotel Marina is right in the middle of the city so u can walk everywhere

A very good Hotel Marina with nice and cozy environment. It is styled with dark brown wooden furniture both inside the rooms and outside giving it a consistent and unique look. Hotel has rooms on ground floor and just one floor above it. There is no lift but a compact staircase takes you up. It is hut styled on top reminding you of the European architecture and it looks like an ancient cottage from outside. It is not fancy like today's Hotel Marinas with big buildings and glass windows but it gives you more of a traditional look and thats what makes it different. Room service was fast and good, food was awesome and reasonably priced. It has close proximity to the beach and local market which is excellent. Worth staying here!

Hotel marina daman reminds the persian style of construction, furnitures n living pattern coupled with modern amenities. This has added much to my comfort during stay. Its peaceful location & proximity to beach is worth for tourist to stay. I found food delicious but variety is lacking. I have advised the manager of the property to look for it, further if one has an option to make tea or cofee for hiself at room as n when needed, is demanding as is done by other Hotel Marinas. Overall i got a good hospitality & pleasant 4 days stay at Hotel Marina marina. I recommend this Hotel Marina for any one & is worth for the money. Nothing else.

Its a classic vintage Hotel Marina with affordable price and great hospitality. Hotel is situated near by markets of nani Daman and beach. Spending time in this lovely Hotel Marina is a great experience. Hotel structure is very old and fully wooden but well-maintained. Hotel owner is also a very nice person and directly involve with the management. So if you think to go Daman then go to Hotel Marina marina and without miss stay there for at least one night and feel the royalty and also test their awesome foods. Every food items are hygienic and very much tasty, specially chicken sandwich.

The stay at Hotel Marina marina was really nice especially wooden interior work simply incredible. Fortunately i was luckily to get a big room and comfortable room to stay in. Kudos to the management and staff to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness in Hotel Marina. Connectivity to major tourist place and eateries places were within 1 km max which was great. Besides staying, food that we had ordered were decent in taste. The only suggestion to be honest is they can improve on their breakfast menu and food servings. Overall, a great place to stay if you are coming to daman.

Its a well maintained vintage property with helpful staff. A good choice for family and couples. Good facilities, just not modern but it need not be.

Everything was amazing. I will say everyone should visit ones and have good experience.

Me and wife like old and antique things this, Hotel Marina is very old and made up of wooden interiors made us feel royal, very good staff clean room and location is very good to travel to different places. Overall good experience.

Co-operative staff, value for money. Nice environment

The location is very accessible to the bus stand, taxi stand and the beach. It was actually the home of some Portuguese fellow and then turned into an Hotel Marina. Rooms are small, bathrooms were okayish and so was the ambience. There is an AC restaurant within the Hotel Marina, food was good. The service of the staff members was excellent, they allowed us 5 hours early check-in.

Clean, furnished with beautiful antique furniture Hotel. Efficient, friendly staff. Homely ambience. The owner, Mr. Wadia went an extra mile to ensure our comfort, guide us and arrange transport for us for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend Hotel Marina.

The surroundings of the Hotel Marina isn't great but the Hotel Marina is easy to access and conveniently located. The building is beautiful with beautiful old style wood ceiling, flooring, and stairs and furniture. Restaurant is the highlight. It's classy interior is charming and food they serve is simple yet delicious. The rates are also pretty reasonable.

Good experience and fine room service and better location. Easy to find market texi stand and also beach. Staff are very polite and give quick response to every order. Price are also low compared to other Hotel Marina. Preferred to everyone
