Ali, was superb at the reception & super responsive to all our needs. Talking about kitchen, Muna was simply masterful! Apart from being a gifted cook, he's very personable, humble, & ultra sensitive to all customer needs! He always wears a smile on his face which seems imperishable & is someone who will never allow you to forget about your stay that easily. Just like him all the boys in the kitchen are highly resourceful, warm, & ever-smiling! I wish them all the very best & I am really glad I had a chance to meet them all.

I booked the Hotel online based reviews. I wasn't disappointed at all. I asked Ali Bhai, the owner of the Hotel, to provide a pickup from train Station. The driver Zanab was on time waiting With my name. They also provided a drop off at train Station. Everything was smooth, the whole desert experience, sand dunes, camels, sunset, cultural program was great. The restaurant is on the rooftop and you can See the Fort, Vyas Chatri and a great sunset from there. The food was inexpensive and cooked to taste. The driver Zanab provided a courteous service to the nearby attractions. Ali Bhai kept our bags for the whole day and also provided a room for a few hours in the evening, as our train was late at night. It was a great experience, no complains at all. Jaisalmer is a beautiful City, everyone who has a chance should visit.

Excellent place to stay in the small Town of Jaisalmer. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come. The room was clean and accurate to the description and photos. Staff was excellent and service was great. Got some good local tips on our first day there. We met the owners on the last day after we had checked out. They saw us walking towards the Hotel to get our luggage before we were off to our next destination and they were nice enough to give us a ride to the Hotel as well as to the train Station. They also gave us a room to freshen up before our train journey even though we had checked out already. Definitely recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for a family trip to Jaisalmer.

I have never stayed in such a big spacious room before. It could fit 6 people comfortably. The food is delicious. Very delicious and big selection from menu. The location is near to fort. Car parking is available and it is easy for car to go there. The room have all the basic amenities to make the stay comfortable. They have a rooftoop restaurant which serves vegetarian food which is decent. They have swimmng pool in the basement but we didnt use it and it was not well maintained. The Hotel Marina Mahal with Swimming Pool was occupied by families and couples. The person at the reception named "ali" is helpful. They have arrangements for camping packages which we availed and it was a great experience provided by marina desert safari. Overall a good stay for family and couples.

Everything we needed was arranged to us anyhow. The facility was great and the food was good. Our stay was ok except AC was not working in one of the four rooms we booked. Cooling for that room was low initially, at night it started smelling burnt in the room. They told us that there was no extra room, we adjusted ourselves in other three rooms. But if we had single room it would have been a big problem. AC connecting wires were 1.5 square meter. Only, that too was connected through tape. Otherwise, food was good. Bathroom was clean. Staff was supportive. Hot water was available, location is also good. Surely stay again when come to Jaisalmer.

Helping staff, location is good, every place under 2 km of distance, room is superb clean, highly recommend.

In Diwali peak hours, I was lucky to get the booking here. It's good place but its location is little far and by walk is not comfortable.
