Hotel Marine Plaza

Marine plaza has been among the places in town i pick from when planning a trip to bombay. It happens to be close to my place of work and faces the sea which is great for walks early in the morning and the sky's a new painting every evening. The staff is courteous, remembered me from previous occasions and upgraded me to deluxe suite with a separate meeting and workspace which worked out very well for me. Regardless, the rooms are spacious and well-planned with a great big window looking out at the sea or old art deco buildings, with a partial tree-cover. The bathrooms, though well-appointed, have been small on all occasions thus far. I don't mind that in favour of more space within the room for my yoga. The towels could be fresher though. The house-keeping and servicing is efficient and unobtrusive. Their food is surprisingly good every time i've eaten at the Hotel Marine Plaza. I would recommend the pan-seared fish and the braised lamb. Breakfast is fresh with sufficient variety. I've never regretted returning to marine plaza. Highly recommended.

We had a 2day comfortable and satisfying stay at the Hotel Marine Plaza on 1st and 2nd september 2023. The staff (support and admin)were welcoming, efficient and professional in carrying out their duties. The rooms were sanitised and the linen and furnishings clean. The conveniences were good. The sea view was lovely and made for a good stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were at hand to take special orders. A good variety of foods were there to select from. We had dinner at the chinese restaurant and the food was delicious though a tad highly priced. Overall i rate the Hotel Marine Plaza highly and look forward to coming back again soon, if the rates are satisfactory. We shall be attending a principals conference from jean 3rd-7th, 2024 and anticipate a good deal for at least 4 sea facing rooms.

We had pleasant surprises for our two days stay in Hotel Marine Plaza. We both senior citizens lady got our booking upgraded to suit. Next day it happens to be my friends birthday. Her daughter sent a cake and we received complementary cake from staff too. Staff is very cooperative. Rooms are located to have an excellent sea view. We wanted to refresh our old memories of that place when sea was clean and total area was not overcrowded. But on that front we were little disappointed.

The marine plaza is an exemplary Hotel Marine Plaza, with amazing food, helpful staff and amazing rooms it’s definitely a Hotel Marine Plaza worth it’s 5 star rating. We reached the Hotel Marine Plaza in heavy mumbai rains and the staff was kind enough to give us a free upgrade from a regular room to a suite. Their receptionists raju, sneha and shraddha deserve a special mention for their incredible service. All in all the marine plaza truly helped make our trip a memorable one.

Nice Hotel Marine Plaza, good 3 star property at a very nice location at marine drive. Courteous staff and nice clean rooms and bathrooms. Only suggestion is to train your security at the entrance to be little thoughtful and accommodating for in house guests. They frisk you like you want to enter the mantralaya. Ladies bags need to be put in scanner instead of going through in person. This is a genuine suggestion and hope it is taken up for review.

This is one of the most affordable 5-star Hotel Marine Plazas located on the marine drive, an uber posh locality in bombay. The single room is spacious enough for 2 people. Restaurants offer great variety. Do visit the oriental blossom restaurant for authentic chinese food. The pastries from the shop called sin was somewhat lacking in quality of taste. Overall, i would strongly recommend. Looking forward to visiting again.

The place is good and very well managed. I would like them to be a bit more punctual. I had ordered a bottle of champagne and it took 30 mins for them to deliver it. Other then that the place is very good and they were kind enough to send us free anniversary cake. Good place amazing view. The breakfast also has a ton of options and it very fulfilling

Property on prime location, easy to travel to all the nearby happening places like causeway, crowford market, famous rustomji sandwich ice cream, gateway of india and a beautiful view of marine drive. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and very helpful. Food is tasty. They have a excellent breakfast spread. Best place to stay while in mumbai.

The Hotel Marine Plaza is just across the queens necklace. At marine drive beautiful view. The restaurant for breakfast is again facing the sea, lot of options in food.

Food is very good and housekeeping staff is good

The stay was very pleasant. Room was beautiful, not too small, not too big, just the right size. Had all amenities in great condition. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Great service. Food was amazingly delicious. I tried chinese and it was finger licking good.

Excellent hospitality great sea view tasty food and supportive staff. Worth staying regularly. Some 40” platform is required below sitting arrangement on roof top terrace to improve vision of victorian necklace

The Hotel Marine Plaza is located at a prime location opposite the beach at marine drive. Food is extremely pricey. Not great options available specially in vegetarian cuisine. The staff is polite.

Lovely property, courteous staff and amazing view of the marine drive. Really enjoyed the stay, rooms were big. The Hotel Marine Plaza even provided us with complimentary snacks which was lovely.

The Hotel Marine Plaza was very good staff was very nice the manager Shahida was very cooperative and helpful all over the Hotel Marine Plaza was very friendly and location was great 👍
