The property is located in prime area. Too crowded and busy roads always. Parking facility was lousy. Infact there is no parking however in the property website they have mentioned parking is available which is not true. Lift wasn't working and also lift is available only from 1st floor so if you have elders who can't climb stairs it's gonna be a terrible experience. We suffered as I took my elderly parents and it was really hard everytime. TV in the room wasn't working, when asked the hotel people they said dish is not working and it's under repair. Lift wasn't working that was in repair. Intercom was not available so everytime we have to walk to the reception for any need. Very very poor place to stay with no facility at all. Not at all suitable for families. Had a terrible worst experience.

The room is excellent. The staff is very helpful and understanding. Helped us in planning the trip and providing the cab services at very reasonable prices. The room is very clean and maintenance, service is excellent. It is in the centre of the city, everything is available nearby. We are very happy to stay here. I suggest this hotel for your stay.

During check in we told them we will check out at 3 o clock, they agreed for that, but later they force us to pay for extra hour during check out. Bathrooms are not good as expected, no curtain for a window, balcony space is filled with dust. Terrible experience

Room booked through make my trip app amount paid when we went to hotel at 11 pm night they refused us telling no vacancy how can we manage with wife and one child at that night. So we went to kumbakonam bus stand to spend the night for safety purpose arround 5 am we started to home by cancel-ling the wedding program travel-led back hometown this is our experience no money is also refunded till now
