Hotel staff is really awesome, Rooms are really spacious. I can't recommend any other hotel better than Hotel Marygold in Agra and Taj Mahal is just on walking distance and they have a great parking. A Disappointing Stay At Hotel Marygold in Agra

My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The service was very poor, with staff showing little concern for guest comfort or requests. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and felt suffocating. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work, and despite informing the staff twice, no one bothered to come and fix it. Adding to the misery, there was a late-night bachelor party with loud music, making it nearly impossible to rest. The hotel did nothing to manage the noise, leaving us frustrated and exhausted. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for even a single nightāespecially for families.

The hotel where booking was made they don't provide accommodation and tranfer my accommodation to different low quality hotel.The counter person was very rude he was aware that cancellation at MMT website is locked for this booking he was not helping at all. He was saying that if you want to stay, stay at this hotel or else go anywhere you want to go.

The restaurant staff were always attentive and quick to ensure everything was just right. The stay itself was incredibly comfortable. familyThe Room alloted to us was terrible, no geyser, no dryer,no toiletries, intercom not working, tv not working, neither remote no wifi connection, switch boards were having earthing issues, no brkfast proper, poha was all burnt, Whatever facilities mentioned during the stay there was no such thing at the time of stay. THANK GOD there was bed and blanket for which there was no complaint. Not a Good stay at all. take good hotels

Terrible experience geyser not working, no electric kettle was provided, the pictures are just edited & in real the room is very different! foul smell in the room & washroom tempered room with paint coming out of the wall. stayed here with my husband during our visit to Agra. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing, it was spacious, spotless and had a view of the City. Especially thanks to Mr. Kuldeep for easy check in and provided a good room. breakfast is served is lovely with a beautiful space Overall we loved our stay and the helpfulness and exceptional service of the staff is what made the stay as fantastic as it was. Even with road works going on directly outside the hotel we found our room quiet and peaceful.
