Its a very old property with very poor amenities Bathroom was atrocious Saving grace was the b.fast Advise donot accept booking for Hotel Maurya

good hospitality and services food was good with on time service.

Location is excellent. Housekeeping is not upto the standards. Cigarette stubs are seen in the washroom.

Old hotel but maintaining it clean, everything you get in just 100 mtrs, morning veg breakfast is superb, idli and vada and masala dosa. Staff was very helpful and you can really enjoy food.

The manager was very rude. We had booked for 2 days i. E. 48 hrs. We checked in at 4. 30 pm. So we expected to check out at 4. 30 pm after 48 hrs. The manager expected us to checkout at 12 pm and charged us inr 2000 extra for checking out at 4. 30 pm. He did not listen or agree and was very rude.

Ideal location. The view of race course is very good. Very good behavior from the staff. Restaurant food is very good.

Though old hotel, good maintainance, good view and centrally located and good food at reasonably priced.

First, we were given the wrong room, then we had to wait for a king-size bed. Terrible toilet - very dirty. The bath area is also full of limescale and not maintained. Have to call a minimum of 5 times for staff to actually come and help us with the issues we faced. Management/receptionist least interested in helping. Only stayed here because it was recommended by their old customer

Room was good. Bathroom needs repair work. Open electrical wire noticed near wash basin. Wood works inside bathroom were all worn out. Good location. Good food.

Hotel is centrally located with a nice view of the race course-the only positives. Was recommended by a friend, but turned out to be an utter disappointment. Needs basic maintenance - cockroaches roaming around, filthy washrooms and worn out fitments. Limited and so so breakfast. Not worth the money one spends- can easily find better options nearby.

Location is good, very need busy majestic area for shopping.

Room wi-fi service was not provided as assured in the booking. On repeated request it was informed by the hotel management that they are unable to do so as the network is under repair. Worst experience as room wi-fi was badly needed for person work and couldn’t be utilized and no alternative was given.

Collecting - rupees per day at least didn’t arrange us complimentary breakfast very bad
