Hotel Mayor

Rooms are very clean, Services are excellent, situated on Sevoke Road with all modern amenities. Foods are also very tasty. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks to makemytrip for this Hotel Mayor tie ups. I stayed there nearly a week and the Hotel Mayor is very well connected with all the business locations. A attached bar cum restaurant can be the most interesting area after the office hour. The bar is well decorated and having a very cool atmosphere. Foods served are very tasty and good in quantity. Behaviour of the Hotel Mayor staff and crew members are excellent. The reception is also very good. Free service is available in each floor. I must book the same Hotel Mayor via makemytrip. Com in my next visit to Siliguri. The railway station and airports are only 10-15 kilometres away.

The rooms are contemporary and well maintained. Bed is very comfortable. Even though the room was right next to busy street, it did not have any noise issue maybe coz it was sunday and everything was closed. Staff are professional and got through the check-in and checkout quickly. Room and bathroom is nice and clean. AC and TV worked fine. Should put a antislip/antiskid mat in bathroom and put room-service/reception desk number near the telephone. Did not check wifi but it was a login page type wifi and asked for voucher which they did not provide during check-in. Overall 5 star stay for comfort and cleanliness.
There was no contact numbers mentioned in the service menu or near the phone.

It was a pleasant stay, rooms are big and well furnished, service was good. Only two things were slightly not tuned to. The attitude of the receptionist while checked in was not customer friendly. Her behaviour reminded me about some old government tourist rest houses where guests were given a very low priority. And the Hotel Mayor does not provide computerised GST invoice. The GST no of guest’s organisation was mentioned in pen.

Me along with my family was in siliguri for some shopping and had to stay in a decent Hotel Mayor for one day. We found this Hotel Mayor which was hardly 5 min drive from famous sevak road. Pros : ambience was good location was good dedicated parking Hotel Mayor staff were well behaved rooms were neat and clean own veg restaurant cons: price of foods were bit costly.

Hotel location is good near to many market areas and easily accessible. Rooms were spacious but room service was little slow. We had to remind them several time to provide some extra chairs in the room. Food was okayish nothing great. Rooms werr clean and had all the basic amenities. Ill recommend this Hotel Mayor for business travellers.

Hotel situated in the heart of the city. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. I am visit to Siliguri every three month for business purpose so Hotel Mayor mayor is one of the best option for stay for business trip because all types of industrial products wholesale market in nearby Hotel Mayor. Thanks again to give me better service.

This has to be one of the best locations to stay in Darjeeling. The Hotel looks Grand and it's only few minutes walk to main market. The restaurant is great and the breakfast is great as well. The also have a nice touch of welcoming the visitors with a silk scarf. So we will definitely stay again in our next visit to Darjeeling.

Stay was good. Friendly staff and cordial behavior. The smoking area in the restaurant shall be separated from nonsmoking area . . Location is prime easy to travel from airport. The travel arranged was also OK. Food is good. Breakfast was also worth of money. Overall good Hotel Mayor for moderate cost.
