Hotel Mayur

location of hotel is stone throw to the temple. but my car had to keep a km away to hotel and nobody from hotel came to receive us...there was nobody to find in the reception...the room boy gave us the keys of rooms and left and never came....no room service...poor amenities...no tv, room dirty, bath room tuta futa...no food, no water, very very bad... anyhow managed the night..no car parking...Regs.

Too bad hotel. It's not hotel but a guest house type accomodation. Toilets were not working, pillow and mattress full of dust.

Room had cockroaches, outside the window there were garbage, with gutka spitted all over outside the window. Wall had lot of patches, They are charging so much and bad toom condition, no cupboard also, The only thing good was the location.

Bad experience please do not book this hotel for any one. Worst experience, i have to book another hotel when we reached the hotel because it is unstable it is the home of someone who has put a board of hotel and he charges very much for this type of place

The images shown are not as seen on ground. Pathetic condition of room, 2 curtains out of at least 8, curtain rods broken and hanging, unclean mattress. Unclean bathroom, no water in taps only hot water for all your needs. And many more. The hotel has to improve upon rather than giving any answer of innovation.

The rooms were dirty. The basin was choked and they didnt even clean the room. Did not provide any water for drinking. Worse case is that the staff was unavailable most of the time and i had to call him for check out as well

Room was nice and hotel was close to temple but there was no lift and i was supposed to go to 4 th floor it was difficult task for me. No thanks

It was a horrible stay. Bedsheets are nasty and dirty. Ugly and uncleaned room. No arrangement for car parking, driver stay. Rate is not justified. The photos published are mostly false.

It was really pathetic, the bed cover was horrible, unclean, no attendant to service and rates are really high compared to the kind of hotel facilities and services available

The room was neat and clean but the basic amenities like towel, soap dustbin etc was not provided, the tap in the bathroom(basin tap) was leaking always. Rest was o. K.

Very worst service provide by hotel no clean bed sheet no clean blanket no clean pillow no car parking area when i reached the hotel then i seen other person stay in my room after my reaching then vacant my room i have waited more time. Very poor service provided by hotel owner. I hv no image

Behavior of owner very bad, room was not clean. Even in bathroom washbasin not working properly. Bed and blanket not clean.

Extremely untidy, no housekeeping done during the 2 days stay. They are reluctant to give fresh (duly washed) bed sheets and pillow cover to every new boarder the toilets were extremely untidy with bad smell as it does not get washed after checkout of previous boarder. They should be more gentle and humble with the boarders. 1) no wifi connection in the room, 2) no television (tv) in the room 3) walls of the room in dampen condition. 4) no housekeeping at all. They clean the the toilets may be in 2 months. 5) long used bedsheets and pillow cover which were forcefully refused to be changed stating the owner had just taken the lease 3 days ago and can't provide clean bedsheets and pillow cover. 6) the blankets are smelling badly and very dirty. 7) no telephone facility from room to the reception 8) no kitchen service. 9) the curtains are extremely dirty with smell 10) overall foul smelling room and bathroom. 11) no toiletries (towel, soap, shampoo) given which many other hotels provide at this price 12) no wardrobe/almirah to hang clothes except a rusty hook stand attached behind the room door. The basics of cleanliness and hygiene are not provided so how can you expect some minimum comfortable stay at hotel mayur, dwarka. It's a horrible experience. Its worth is rs 250 per night.

While entering the hotel it was looking quite good. In room there was only ac and television as shown i tried to on tv but no use. Also o thee was not soo well cleaned.
