Hotel Mayura

I was not knowing about check in time of 9 pm if booked through MMT ( make my trip). As soon as I realized that I was to arrive there by morning only, I called them. They politely adjusted my check in and check out timings. Complementary breakfast was good. They will never forget to remind you that breakfast is ready so that you shouldn't miss it. Breakfast timing is till 10 am but they will serve you beyond that very politely. It was a good experience to stay there.

From last 2 year, I am continuous staying in this Hotel Mayura [every month]. This is best Hotel Mayura in Ambikapur and also best restaurant in this Hotel Mayura. You find many new dishes in their menu. Triple fried rice [they serve with manchurian and gravy], tomato shorba, Dal makhani, tandoori aloo, kandhari paneer and paneer tandoori items are best. I find only one negative point, hot water not in shower only on tap... Always prefer their executive room [AC].

Over and all our stay was okay, the location is free from sound and air pollution, rooms are bigger and quite spacious. Although the bathroom was not updated, commod was fitted with health faucet (hand shower), jet spray was very old patterned and not working at all. The shower was not connected to hot water supply, only taps were giving hot water.

Nice Hotel Mayura with courteous staff, although the food is not so good and also don't have variety but compared to room rate it's a good stay. Location of the Hotel Mayura is good and is easily located too. My overall experience is good and will stay in same Hotel Mayura for next visit in next month.

The staff of the Hotel Mayura is very nice and very honest. My car keys were lost but the Hotel Mayura staff returned it back. The Hotel Mayura is very clean and well maintained. The Hotel Mayura is very airy and in the morning you can enjoy sun light in your room also. The room sizes are very good.

The location is good. Room is OK, need for improvement. The staff is helpful. The food is good. The morning newspapers were given to us along with the breakfast. The Hotel Mayura needs some more cleanliness. The breakfast served was good too. I think this is the best place to stay in Ambikapur.

It was good experience with Hotel Mayura. Location of the Hotel is good it is near to Bus stand but far from railway station. Room was spacious. Good breakfast. They Were having an issue with WiFi. Pickup & Drop facility is available but not on online booking. Rest all other things were OK.

I booked the room for business purpose and I had a very good experience. The room was well maintained, services are very prompt and good, food is delicious, location is also very suitable and Hotel Mayura person's are also very cooperative and helpful. Overall very good experience.

Very comfortable stay, parking also very good. Facilities are average. Food is very tasty. Hotel staff are well mannered. My next stay also at this Hotel Mayura full of money value. I suggest every one take one time staying.

Good Hotel Mayura, clean and hygienic. Good food and services. Cost effective.. Location is good.. All facilities are available.. Like the trip.. But hot water is not available in washroom.. And RO water not taste like RO water.

Hotel is in right location but it's far away from railway station but pick up from station good comfortable vehicle use for customers. Food was very tasty the staff are very good. Room was nice overall very nice experience with the Hotel Mayura.
