Hotel staff were welcoming throughout the stay. The room was comfortable and spacious with good hygiene.

Good facility and cordial staff. Recommended for stay while visiting Ooty. Breakfast served was good.

It was pleasant stay according to price and clean rooms ,bathrooms and reception people are so helpful and friendly I didn’t try restaurants services but good hotel compare to others

It was a pleasant stay at hotel meadows residency in Ooty. Talking about the positives 1. The hotel is located at central location in ooty near to all tourist attractions 2. The rooms and the overall place is super clean and comfortable 3. Staff is very courteous and well behaved like a 5 star facilities. Cons - 1. The breakfast spread can be improved a lot. Same South Indian menu repeated. Very less north indian options 2. Food is not tasty and overall expensive compared to outside. If you are not so bothered about the food options, then it is one of the most quality places for family and couple to stay in ooty for a trip.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Food : Good. Rooms : Exceptional Stay Location : Major Advantage Staff and Service : Very Good and extremely polite and Well Behaved. Parking : Good. Covered parking would be slightly better.

It is situated in a peaceful area, yet conveniently close to key landmarks, transport hubs, and local attractions. Accessibility to nearby restaurants, markets, and public transport added to the convenience. Food: The food was definitely a highlight of the stay. The variety on offer was impressive, with both local and continental options available. The taste, presentation, and quality of ingredients were top-notch. Room service was prompt, and the dining area was clean and well-maintained. Amenities: The amenities provided were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and equipped with all essentials such as Wi-Fi, AC, mini-fridge, and a comfortable bed. The washroom was clean with good water pressure and toiletries. Recreational facilities like the gym, pool, and lounge areas (if applicable) were well-kept and inviting. Services: The service quality stood out due to the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Front desk staff were helpful and efficient during check-in/check-out. Any requests or queries were addressed quickly, reflecting a guest-first approach.

The room was clean, hotel staff was cooperative and the service was good. bathroom was a little narrow.

Good ambiance and Value for money. Near to all sight seeing places and all type of restaurants at walkable distance.

The rooms were not so clean.. after asking to clean the next day only the bed was made and floor was not cleaned. Food at Restaurant was also average..

Stay was good and its on the main town. For hospitality i will give 5. They have in-house restaurant which is also good 4.5. Recommend to family or anyone

The hotel is located at the heart of the Ooty city, which makes it easily assessable to railways & bus stand. We stayed there for 2 days & 3 nights, the hospitality was nothing less than a 5 star, that too with a very reasonable price. The hotel has a restaurant and dedicated parking space attached to it. Highly recommended for couples/ family.

It was I located near the bus stop, and looked good. It wasn’t very expensive but still looked decent. I had some issue during check in cos they said they hadn’t received payment, when I’d paid fully. I didn’t try any food there. The room was barely ok. No heater- a major no no (I’m from Chennai). Furniture was a bit old. The sink was broken and the toilet didn’t flush properly.
