Hotel keep other guest in my room ,when i reach to the hotel , i wait for 1 hour at late night. they keep me waiting in the reception area for 1hour.Very pathetic situation.please dont book this hotel.

This was my second time staying in this hotel. The first time was not so pleasant but this time it was better than last time. The amenities in the room and the bathroom were provided this time which was not given earlier. The food was good this time. Only issue was with the TV, couldn't watch match or news. WiFi was provided in the room which was a big relief.

The property is centrally located, very convenient for transportation and shopping. Some of the rooms have smell of smoke, should keep some rooms non smoke, for people who are allergic to smoking. The front desk needs to do better job and keep the info about customers up to date.
