Property location was good, and had parking inside premises, although parking is limited. There's elevator available to go to upper floors, and staff are very helpful with any requests. Food can be availed from them or ordered online thru any apps. AC missed a remote but it was adequately chill. Bed was comfortable. Room and washroom are bit average, but well worth the money.

We stayed in non ac room and found there were mosquitos. Bathroom was also congested as we found difficult to sit on the western toilet. We had pillar which was obstructing both wash basin and toilet hot water was available. Drinking water was not provided. For everything we need to call room service and it was chargeable.

Booked the room as per the timing showing on the app as 12. 00 - 12. 00. Unfortunately my train has been delayed for 5 hours, and i have reached @7. 30 pm. I have lost my half a day. If the system would have a flexible check-in timing, i would have booked the room @7. 00 pm. So that i got the check-out timing till 7. 00 pm. This would be a waste of my money.
