A terrible stay at the hotel because of their staff working in the hotel especially front office staff. The staff was rude, his behaviour was inappropriate.

While there were some positives, there were also several areas that left much to be desired. One of the highlights of my stay was the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were kept tidy, and the housekeeping staff seemed diligent in their work. However, I did notice some minor issues, such as stains on the carpet and a musty smell in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. The customer service was lacking, to say the least. Staff members seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing assistance. It was disheartening to have my inquiries met with apathy instead of genuine concern. Improved customer service could have gone a long way in enhancing the overall experience. In terms of amenities, the hotel fell short of expectations. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the fitness center was poorly equipped, with outdated machines and limited options for exercise. The lack of on-site dining options was also disappointing, as it required venturing out for meals. The location of the hotel was average at best. While it was conveniently situated near some attractions, it was also in a noisy and crowded area. This made for a less peaceful and relaxing stay than I had hoped for. In summary, my stay at this hotel was average, with some notable drawbacks. Improved cleanliness, customer service, and amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests. With some adjustments, this hotel could offer a more enjoyable stay for its visitors.

Room was very bad. Facilities were missing in bathroom.

Very good hotel, good hospitality, neat and clean, well maintained and spacious room. Very good behavior of hotel staff, helpful in nature. Hotel is located at good locality. Food quality is excellent. I suggest to choose this hotel at ajmer.

Experience with the hotel was excellent with respect to cleanliness and service but had an issue with early check-in, i would advise to get to know the charges before u check-in.

Rooms are spacious and we'll design. Bedding, blankets and pillow were clean. Great deal, both economically and stay wise. Highly recommended and will book the same for future travels to ajmer. Where is and how to avail that discount

Service is not good otherwise rooms are clean and nice.

In the first they give us one of the rooms. There were insects all around in the room. They should have to do pest control. In the mid of the night our room was full of insects. They were everywhere on the bed, floors, t.v, and all. Then we call the hotel staff and they change our room and then it was okay.

All are in good but here some issues on AC, because AC make voice and bathroom is not good.

Food was pathetic and service is too slow. Even when we did complain at the time of check-out no one take our complain serious and no answer from management. We will never stay in that hotel in future.
