1 min walking from hotel to station. Food is good. enough for 1 night. No lift. Overall good

everything is nice but complementary drop facility is not provided even after availability of resources.

1. The location is amazing for those who travel through the railway station. 2. They're trying to give their best, but they can't due to a lack of professional skills. 3. Their service is too slow, like dinner and lunch orders. They also don't allow customers to eat food in the rooms, which is not good. 4. Their food serving service is quite good; they use old-style crockery. 5. The hotel management doesn't provide complete information about the hotel, like stairs or lift locations, which is not good for old people or patients.

The location of the property is the main attraction. The hotel has basic facilities expected from a budget hotel in this category. Two improvement points that I would like to highlight are 1. A tea/coffee making arrangement in the room would make it more comfortable for the boarders 2, Having a vegetarian restaurant restricts a large number of boarders.
