It's indeed an excellent property.. customisable food, Good staaf, well behaved, supporting the need, ease of access to amenities around, food delivery from outside the hotel, room service, clean and soothing ambience, all such points have been impressive while I am staying here .

I had a wonderful stay at Metro Max Hotel! The service was truly exceptional—staff were courteous, prompt, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with rooms and common areas maintained to a very high standard. I also felt completely safe throughout my stay, which made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality. Will definitely return!

Good, we like to stay IN Hotel METROMAX Property is neat and clean Location is good and safe Food is not available Basic amenities are good Services are good

1) First 2 nights couldn't get hot water due to non functioning of geyser 2) No organised laundry service...ironing charged Rs.50 per item without bill 3) No itemized food Bill 4) No proper study desk to do job in laptop..very very small table which is inadequate.

Hotel’s doors were not locking and TV wasn’t working. While the rooms were spacious, returning to the room at night to find these amenities lacking made the overall experience unsafe and overpriced.

That place is not like that they shown this was kind of very very tamprarey stay kind of thing not a good experience of mine.
