Hotel Metropolis

Oh my gosh! it was after many years i visited mumbai again so i was a bit worried about which location to stay. I went because i have an important work. Anyway, i was at first agitated because the ac wasn't working in the room provided for me and my friends and it took a few hours to cool down just one room, but the staff provided us with the cooler and i was pissed. The next day the ac issue was resolved and i wasn't tired anymore and i realised that the staff in metropolis was friendly, polite and nice. I really enjoyed my 15 days stay in that Hotel Metropolis. However, i was supposed to tip those 3 nepalese but they were out during our check out so i couldn't do it. Location is easily accessible to go anywhere esp to both the airports. Hotel housekeeping needs to clean the room better because the windows are quite dirty and they need to dust the carpet they kept by the window and vacuum it. Also the toilet needs to be kept cleaner. Overall i would suggest anyone checking out metropolis to give it a try. The best is the polite staff and the food was awesome (1 or 2 days i do not like it but the rest are good. I give 100% vote to metropolis Hotel Metropolis, because i have seen many Hotel Metropolis staff being stuck up.

I was stay there for 1 day with my family. It was nice exprience. I found it safe for family travelers. Location is good. The staff is curious and supportive, especially the lady receptionist. She has given us good and specious room for 3 persons and provide 1 hr extra check-out time. They have full fledged restaurant and serve delicious food. Adding breakfast and lunch/dinner is recommended. They have vast menu for breakfast and lunch/dinner. They have all necessary amenities. The only suggestion that they should provide more mobile charging points in the room, mine has only two and only one was working. Rest is good.

We stayed at Hotel Metropolis metropolis mumbai in oct 2023 just for one night. The Hotel Metropolis gave us a prompt check in and an unexpected upgrade of the room which was a great jester. It is situated within a close proximity of terminal 2 mumbai airport. The room was very clean and cozy. The bathroom had all the required amenities. It was a comfortable stay. Recommended for those travel-ling through mumbai terminal 2 can use this place for a pit stop. The location is convenient and easily accessible. Breakfast needs to include some variety.

Excellent Hotel Metropolis located close to the international airport just 3km away. Food is great in the restaurant located downstairs- i enjoyed the breakfast buffet both the days during my stay. Hotel staff is very friendly and courteous- it’s a family friendly Hotel Metropolis. Rooms are of descent size - stayed in the emerald suite- was good with 2 kids and had room to keep 5 bags - arrived from us & stayed here for 2 days for my visa stamping.

The hospitality was exceptional with polite staff, and they even provided complimentary sehri and iftari meals. The ambience was cool and comforting, and the vibrant room interiors were inviting. The attentive receptionist added to the positive experience. Plus, the delicious and affordable meals from zaytun restaurant were a delightful bonus. Can't wait to return for another great stay!

The reception lady was very courteous and helpful. They also upgraded me to better room since there was an availability. The room was clean, spacious and room service was also prompt. The check out procedure was also hassle free, they didn't disturbed me or gave reminder calls for check-out as other Hotel Metropolis does by disturbing from 10: am onwards. Overall good experience :)

Hotel is on road and everything essentially needed is in walking distance. Room sizes were big and comfortable. I went with my 6 people family and booked two jade rooms. Hotel staff was also friendly and helpful, they provided great assistance when needed. Food is delicious with multiple choices on their menu. I would personally recommend 'murg makhamali. Had a great stay!

Check in is very smooth. Two sapphire rooms allotted in 6th. Floor and one in 1st. Floor. Wooden floors and designs are eye catching. On request shaving kit was provided. The manager, receptionist and other staff members are very polite and service is prompt. They also arranged good vehicle during checkout. Moreover the Hotel Metropolis is situated on marol square.

The services are upto the mark, they have inhouse food which was amazing and room service is also very good

The staff is helpful and cooperative. The last minute deal provided by mmt was good, the stay was not long enough so just hope the breakfast could have been included in the price.

Stay at the Hotel Metropolis was very comfortable. I stayed in sapphire suite of the Hotel Metropolis. Room size was as disclosed. i. E. 300 sq ft. Location of the Hotel Metropolis was convenient and well connected. House keeping was good and staff was cooperative. Food was also good.

Located aptly on main road. Courteous, helpful staff. Limited space, but good for short stay. Breakfast is also decent.
