Rooms are not clean. The hotel is old. Room height is low and lights inside look inexpensive. Not good for family. They have very limited inventory of beds, pillows etc.

I went to Mumbai and found this amazing hotel at an affordable price. Everything was smooth from check in to room service and their hospitality, recommend every one to visit the hotel . We went early but it was not an issue and also food from zytun restaurant was delicious

We used the hotel room for an overnight stay before catching an early morning flight. The room was spacious, with comfortable sleeping. Cleanliness was above average, but there was a smell of pent up water when the restroom was first used. We did not have food at the hotel restaurant which seems to be quite popular.

Average room with pathetic stay and little privacy

The room I was given wasn't very good. The walls were infested with termites, and there was no ceiling fan. My room was connected to another room, which had a locked door. However, I could clearly hear the guests' voices coming from that room. I didn't feel any privacy. The sounds from the other room, their enjoyment, and the feeling that smoking was coming into my room through my AC, made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt that this was the hotel's approach of giving me the most pathetic room after booking on a MMT . I won't be staying at this hotel in the future. The food tasted average, too.
