staff lack professionalism. i have ordered two water bottles. the one person from the hotel staff came into room without asking permission to collect money. Mattress and pillow were horrible. AC not working as expected. No breakfast available. not even a single staff were available in the restaurant at 09:15 AM

Room services are not good, not arranged any kind of water bottles & basic amenities, during the entry time of room. Even food also not so good, ordered one baby corn majestic starter food item, which is very pathetic not so tasty. And in washroom no dental kit & shaving kit not arranged and given towels are also mud kind of patches are there in it. So bad experience i have faced in this time, during my stay in this hotel. I know this hotel since last 4-5yrs, i had never faced this kind of discomfort before in this hotel during in past.

familyI have not occupied mid-city hotel though i have filled form at reception. Initially the receptionist refused to allot room saying that they have not received any message. Later they asked us to vacate the room within 11 hours i. E. At 3-00 am on the next day, while i went to hotel at 4-00 pm. The hotel people put us in tense for 2 hours from 4-00 pm to 6-00 pm. After that we left mid-city hotel with out any occupying and took room in novotel hotel, vijayawada.
