Extremely poor service by the property

My stay period was from 20 march 2024 to 21 march 2024 (one night only. Found followings - no restaurant no wardrobe no chair to seat no geyser no calling bell no cistern/ flush bad smelling of rooms no shampo / oil poor room service no newspaper etc.

The room was good but not as expected, staff were polite and well behaved. Overall good for those who are going to make passports in raipur, almost nearly eighty meters.

The room quality was so poor, there are lots of mosquitos in the room, we can't even sleep for one night. The washroom quality was not a good standard if i look at the room price. A very bad experience it was. No

Room had open soace over the main door which has a qustion to privacy.They allowed to drink and smoke we could not sleep till 02.00AM because a big group of drinkers were enjoying and creating noise including bad smell of wine and cigarette.Staff were calm but could not supported, there were no doormate I have specially told to counter to provide it but no one provided.This is winter time and there were so much mosquitos in the room, no good knight/all out provided, when I switched on the fan I have found the regulator was not working and fan has only top speed.There was only one single person blanket they did not provided the other one for two people.
