We came to mid town hotel yesterday evening after attending an hectic event. We saw there were a/c rooms available(family as well as executive) but when we tried to book from their reception lobby, they blocked all ac rooms and forced us to opt non ac room as we could not travel in search of another option. We also missed our bluetooth cord somewhere and when we told them to check, they bluntly told no and didn’t even bother to tell their staff to cross check. They talk only point to point and there’s no helping nature or customer service. I clearly felt that they didn’t like makemytrip customer. They have a notice board where it is mentioned 24 hour check in & check out but terms change if you are makemytrip customer. Room walls are also not nice. Room 205 has paint and putty off due to internal pipe leakage. I would never come to his hotel nor suggest anyone
