1) room is not clean, a thin layer of dust is there in maze and chair. 2) bedsheet, blanket and pillow is dirty. Blanket is so dirty that i have to manage my own. 3) for handwash, they are providing self made handwash (maybe paste of soap) which i don't like to use.

I was not allowed to stay at hotel although I had a payment online they asked me to take another room as we were couple, when I booked the hotel there was not mention that couple is allowed or not we had to stay at railway station. Customer care number was also not connecting.
