Hotel Millennium Continental

Overall good. The room space has been utilised efficiently with proper arrangements. There is only limited parking space.

Otherwise, the hotel is cooler than expected. We cancelled another hostel booking and arrived at the Millennium Hotel. We liked the room as soon as we saw it. It was confirtable. The room facilities were good.

Rooms are good but food not upto the mark

Staffs are not friendly. The room size was small. I have asked for a bottle of water, they haven't provided it till the next day. After upgrading the room, they haven't provided towels, floor mate etc. There was a smell in the bathroom. They could have set a bathroom freshener. The location is good, the food was ok.

Neet and clean room. Staffs are very welcoming and attentive. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby places such as Broadway market, Marine drive, Park etc.

stay good. Location is very much surrounding city. staffs are very cooperative. But....... No wifi connection through the day. no shaving kit and no brush and paste. need pest control. Rest of all ok.

Pros: Spacious Room, Clean Toilet, Clean Linen. Affordable price. Flexible check in and checkout. Easyly accessible. Cons: Only a few items available for food. Quality is also to be improved. Small bathroom. No wooden flooring. Not recommended for families.

We stayed for 1 night in Ernakulam and it was a good stay with very good staff I would really appreciate the staff because they were very kind to us. The room was pretty cute and i liked it. Over all 5 out of 5 star ⭐️

Comfortable stay within a short distance from Marine Drive. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with plenty of amenities provided.

I have requested for an early checkin and expected to get a call nobody called. I arranged something by myself. The staff attitude was also not so welcoming when I reached there by night 11 pm. There was not drinking water in the room and tv remote were also not provided. Atlast at 11 am when I called for an extension of 30 mins they told me the time is 11 and you should checkout through a noisy intercom it was not at all clear. Property was good experience was bad. Room & Toilet was clean. Old property. Resturant is not that good. Smells bad in the basement where the restaurant is. Bed is not comfortable.

It was fine , but some thing was off but over all it was good . I booked it for my friends so from their POV it was fine
