Improve total all aspects.

Booked the room but was reserved from twelve noon landed at four thirty fourty minutes they have not handed over room to me

Room sizes are good. Cleanliness is fine. Every room has window glass Staff coordination is quick. Attentive

Minerva is a good place to stay. Check in and check out process was good. Veg and non veg restaurant. Thought food was good, they could not handle the crowd due to less staff. One extra bed free option is very good.

Bad and unclean rooms. Unhygienic toilets. Dirty corridors. Almost broken beds. A 1 star hotel at a price of a 3 star hotel.

The rooms was not clean , dampen smell may be due to poor cleaning. The response was as very poor. Even toiletries were provided after followups.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel—everything from the friendly staff to the delicious food exceeded our expectations. The environment was clean, secure, and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vijayawada

I feel it’s a very bad room About the bed & room smell it’s a worst nightmare

One worst hotel in experience No water for drink . No water in bathroom, No response for staffed sitting.

previously we stayed at minerva in tirupati and vijayawada (Labbipet). we felt good so we are selecting minerva only wherever we go

was trapped by the name of Minerva Grand title. This is no way in the standard of Minerva. very poorly maintained not even 1 star level. No proper restaurant like standard Minerva Coffee restaurant. Badly maintained floors, stinking smell, no Floor lenin, no proper furniture in room. centra table provided has 3 legs and one leg is missing. But the irony is they have charged which is at par with top class hotels. It's not even at par with Bunder Road Minerva standard. Shame on this poor standard and cheeting on the name of Minera. Shall advise all not to consider this hotel for stay and I have decided not to visit any more. Pained with cheered feeling.
