Hotel Minerva Grand

I recently stayed at Hotel Minerva Grand minerva and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The Hotel Minerva Grand's central location made it convenient to explore the city's main attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options, ensuring a great start to the day. Overall, Hotel Minerva Grand minerva provided a delightful stay, combining excellent service, comfort, and convenience.

Location is centrally located. Breakfast is ok. But room no 404 has got following drawbacks. 1. The chair back is broken. 2 towels were not given till night. 3 one window shutter is getting opened all through causing ac loss. 4. More service people to be appointed as 304 was given after 2 hours of booking due to shortage of assistants

I have tried to book minerva grand Hotel Minerva Grand near mg road but mm t booked minerva grand near vinayaka theatre. Also Hotel Minerva Grand location was not sent when i have requested them. So i have to roam around the town to get there. Also the ere is no parking space. We have to park the car on roadside

Initially i went to the other Hotel Minerva Grand located in mg road. However they guided me to the new property address. Being relatively new property some improvements required in respect of room service and toiletries replacement is not done during my 2 day stay. Over all experience was above satisfactory

Stay room was ok. Bathroom hygiene poor, was stinking. Had to call reception and they sprayed disinfectant. Buffet breakfast was ok. But cold poori, potato curry and idlis. I have a doubt. Because we get discount on booking through make my trip, sub standard facilities like room, toiletries are provided.

Hotel is located in service road. Room is good but corridars are messy. Hotel staff are courteous and food is o. K. Room service is good. No problem to get cabs or autos. Overall stay is o. K. This is a branch of their main Hotel Minerva Grand situated in mg road which is in a much better location.

There r 2 parts to this review first is Hotel Minerva Grand n rooms, rooms were spacious, very clean, house keeping was good toiletries given now the 2nd part - restaurant breakfast was inclusive but waiter will respond to u only if u speak in telugu pathetic waiters

I stayed 2nights in this property, this is located in very near to highway, Hotel Minerva Grand ambiance and rooms are very clean and hygiene. Breakfast, and food also very tasty. I like this property and will suggest for all sales people and families as well

Hotel has made a alternate arrangement in its sister Hotel Minerva Grand which is nearby & allotted me a better room at same price

Ordered food was horrible. Odered dal which was rotten. Londged complain and was accepted by staff and apologized. But that was not the solution. Proper care to be taken in food items specially.

Centrally located …quality food and property is well maintained

The location is little away from the main areas. Cellar parking is not available. Cleanliness, food and service are excellent.

Very good location with best amenities and also budget friendly. Food is ok. Need to maintain trained manpower.

Check in process is so simple and quick. Very courteous front office. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Water provided in a glass container, which was very clean. I would prefer to stay again.

Though Hotel Minerva Grand was good, but too many cockroaches makes one uncomfortable.

Situated at a silent place. Good food is supplied. Staff is good. Room is spacious. Toilet is neat & clean.
