The room was neat, clean and spacious. Toilets are clean, TV is working properly and have wifi connection, While connecting wifi on mobile having some speed issues. Moreover the room was good

The experience was not good as i've been staying in.3 times and every time something or the other is not working in the room plus the service is poor

I called to reception and order a food they reply no food available in hotal because of no gas in kitchen and the reply as that you can do your self!

they have improve their complimentary breakfast. Food quality is good but breakfast is not so good. room is very good but bathroom accessories is so so.

Worst experience. Food is not good. Very slow service. Found cockroaches in morning breakfast. No cleanliness.

In the absence of guest room service was done with out guest's permission. this pratice is so wrong. please take care of this for next.

All over facility are good. Customer care is also good. Even cleaning and maintenance best compair to other hotel.

staff is very good and genuine. atmosphere like 4&5 star hotel. food is like a home.[ very good ] any thing you need ,taken a instant action co-oprate by any in person in there staffs.

Seeing the rating I booked this hotel. I reached around 9 in the hotel and they asked me to pay 1k for early check-in. I requested that this is the first time someone is asking, being a business hotel they should consider such requests. However, I paid as need to rush . I booked king size bed but they provided twin size bed room. on other hand, rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast having limited options only. lobbys are spacious, however, they kept AC off. They have a banquet in the vicinity and due to ongoing function, it becomes noisy and will affect your sleep. Overall, A good and maintained hotel which need courteous staff and improvement in the food options.

Property is good. But service is bad. Had to make lot of noise to get basic room service for towels and dental kit,. There was only one room service attendant who said all towels are in laundry. After calling the reception thrice and making lot of noise we got towels. Am surprised how such a big hotel can run without proper manpower and basic amenities.

Nice stay. Good rooms. But limited in room dining options. Very convenient location near gulgabi circle.
