Hotel Mmanas

The interior of the room is quite decorative and washroom was also fully cleaned but I have complain against cleanliness of the bed sheet and pillow cover. It was not properly cleaned, some black spots were there. Also after check in, I found that there was lots of tiny hair in bed. The Hotel Mmanas is 10 minutes of walking distance from Charbagh railway station. They also provide breakfast, lunch and dinner excluded room rent but the quality of food was quite good. There was full day electric and water facility. The air cooler works only for night after 7 pm to 7 am. The behavior of room service boy was too good, all time he was ready to obey all the manners. Lastly I am impressed for the services, they provided.

Great Hotel Mmanas with clean rooms, washrooms. Also very close to market area where u get best food. I loved to stay there with my family they also provide space for my car parking. Being a very inside from main road Hotel Mmanas worthy for its money. Even after trip we need one more day to stay so we call them and they provide same rooms with same tariffs what we get.

It is pleasant stay in Hotel Mmanas. There is some issue like cleaning and room service. The boys are very lazy, they take too much time and even not complete the work after so many reminders. Over all experience is good. They make their services better after resolve some issues like cleaning, rooms service and make sure to give toilet soap and towel.

It was a wonderful stay, they didn't even ask any questions after booking from mmtp. They just asked for the voucher and allotted us a room which we selected. But the room condition is not so poor and not so good. If you are looking for at least 2-3 days then definitely you can go with this. The location is very good. Near charbagh sabzi mandi.

Approach Road of the Hotel from main Road is a bid dirty. But once I enter the it's good. Service started from reception to other activities like providing fresh pillow cover, bed sheet, towels etc. We're upto satisfaction. Sufficient space inside the room. Bathroom was very clean and no interruption of hot and cold water supply.

An amazing experience and you can choose your stay here whenever visiting lucknow. Every thing was fabulous, although there was cleanliness maintened and the top most service were served by the staff. They were well mannered and helpful lastly i would say that one thing that should be initiated the ro water supply. Thank you.

It was a decent stay at Mmanas for 2 days. Pros: 1. Room. 2. Furniture. 3. Cleanliness including restrooms. Cons: 1. Ac the room we stayed except that everything is cool. 2. Staff behavior. Kinda little careless. Overrall it was a smooth stay at Mmanas. Nothing too high to praise nothing too low to bother.

It's a budget Hotel Mmanas but the way it is maintained is really appreciated. The Hotel Mmanas staff is well behaved and quick in service. Housekeeping, food all was good. I would like to appreciate the front office manager and yogesh for the prompt response and service excellence.

Mattress was not that comfortable

Hotel is at walking distance from charbagh railway station (15 to 20 min ) . Rooms where quite good . Cleanliness was also good. staffs are cooperative.

Interior was fabulous and cleanliness wise good.

Hotel is near to Charbagh Station. One can go walking or take a rickshaw. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff brought everything asked for, tea to food etc. Overall good stay.
